| 1 Now when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to Jerusalem to test him with hard questions, having a very great retinue and camels bearing spices and very much gold and precious stones. And when she came to Solomon, she told him all that was on her mind. | 1 ശെബാരാജ്ഞി ശലോമോന്റെ കീർത്തികേട്ടിട്ടു കടമൊഴികളാൽ ശലോമോനെ പരീക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അതിമഹത്തായ പരിവാരത്തോടും സുഗന്ധവർഗ്ഗവും അനവധി പൊന്നും രത്നവും ചുമന്ന ഒട്ടകങ്ങളോടും കൂടെ യെരൂശലേമിൽ വന്നു; അവൾ ശലോമോന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നശേഷം തന്റെ മനോരഥം ഒക്കെയും അവനോടു പ്രസ്താവിച്ചു. | 1 जब शीबा की रानी ने सुलैमान की कीत्तिर् सुनी, तब वह कठिन कठिन प्रश्नोंसे उसकी पक्कीझा करने के लिथे यरूशलेम को चक्की । वह बहुत भारी दल और मसालोंऔर बहुत सोने और मणि से लदे ऊंट साय लिथे हुए आई, और सुलैमान के पास पहुंचकर उससे अपके मन की सब बातोंके विषय बातें कीं। |
| 2 And Solomon answered all her questions. There was nothing hidden from Solomon that he could not explain to her. | 2 അവളുടെ സകലചോദ്യങ്ങൾക്കും ശലോമോൻ സമാധാനം പറഞ്ഞു; സമാധാനം പറവാൻ കഴിയാതെ ഒന്നും ശലോമോന്നു മറപൊരുളായിരുന്നില്ല. | 2 सुलैमान ने उसके सब प्रश्नोंका उत्तर दिया, कोई बात सुलैमान की बुद्धि से ऐसी बाहर न रही कि वह उसे न बता सके। |
| 3 And when the queen of Sheba had seen the wisdom of Solomon, the house that he had built, | 3 ശെബാരാജ്ഞി ശലോമോന്റെ ജ്ഞാനവും അവൻ പണിത അരമനയും | 3 जब शीबा की रानी ने सुलैमान की बुद्धिमानी और उसका बनाया हुआ भवन |

| 6 but I did not believe the reports until I came and my own eyes had seen it. And behold, half the greatness of your wisdom was not told me; you surpass the report that I heard. | 6 ഞാൻ വന്നു സ്വന്തകണ്ണുകൊണ്ടു കാണുംവരെ ആ വർത്തമാനം വിശ്വസിച്ചില്ല; എന്നാൽ നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനമാഹാത്മ്യത്തിന്റെ പാതിപോലും ഞാൻ അറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നില്ല, ഞാൻ കേട്ട കേൾവിയെക്കാൾ നീ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനാകുന്നു. | 6 परन्तु जब तक मैं ने आप ही आकर अपक्की आंखोंसे यह न देखा, तब तक मैं ने उनकी प्रतीति न की; परन्तु तेरी बुद्धि की आधी बड़ाई भी मुझे न बताई गई यी; तू उस कीत्तिर् से बढ़कर है जो मैं ने सुनी यी। |
| 7 Happy are your wives! Happy are these your servants, who continually stand before you and hear your wisdom! | 7 നിന്റെ ഭാര്യമാർ ഭാഗ്യവതികൾ; നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ എല്ലായ്പോഴും നിന്നു നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനം കേൾക്കുന്ന ഈ നിന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരും ഭാഗ്യവാന്മാർ. | 7 धन्य हैं तेरे जन, धन्य हैं तेरे थे सेवक, जो नित्य तेरे सम्मुख उपस्यित रहकर तेरी बुद्धि की बातें सुनते हैं। |
| 8 Blessed be the LORD your God, who has delighted in you and set you on his throne as king for the LORD your God! | 9 Then she gave the king 120 talents of gold, and a very great quantity of spices, and precious stones. | 10 Moreover, the servants of Hiram and the servants of Solomon, who brought gold from Ophir, brought algum wood and precious stones. | 10 ഓഫീരിൽനിന്നു പൊന്നു കൊണ്ടുവന്ന ഹൂരാമിന്റെ ദാസന്മാരും ശലോമോന്റെ ദാസന്മാരും ചന്ദനവും രത്നവും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. | 10 फिर हूराम और सुलैमान दोनोंके जहाजी जो ओषीर से सोना लाते थे, वे चन्दन की लकड़ी और मणि भी लाते थे। |
| 11 And the king made from the algum wood supports for the house of the LORD and for the king's house, lyres also and harps for the singers. There never was seen the like of them before in the land of Judah. | 11 രാജാവു ചന്ദനമരംകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്നും രാജധാനിക്കും അഴികളും സംഗീതക്കാർക്കു കിന്നരങ്ങളും വീണകളും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ഈ വക പണ്ടു യെഹൂദാദേശത്തു അശേഷം കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. | 11 और राजा ने चन्दन की लकड़ी से यहोवा के भवन और राजभवन के लिथे चबूतरे और गवैयोंके लिथे वीणाएं और सारंगियां बनवाई; ऐसी वस्तुएं उस से पहिले यहूदा देश में न देख पक्की यीं |
| 12 And King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all that she desired, whatever she asked besides what she had brought to the king. So she turned and went back to her own land with her servants. | 12 ശെബാരാജ്ഞി രാജാവിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവന്നതിൽ പരമായി അവൾ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചതും ചോദിച്ചതുമൊക്കെയും ശലോമോൻരാജാവു അവൾക്കു കൊടുത്തു; അങ്ങനെ അവൾ തന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുമായി സ്വദേശത്തേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോയി. | 12 और शीबा की रानी ने जो कुछ चाहा वही राजा सुलैमान ने उसको उसकी इच्छा के अनुसार दिया; यह उस से अधिक या, जो वह राजा के पास ले आई यी। तब वह अपके जनोंसमेत अपके देश को लौट गई। |
| 13 Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was 666 talents of gold, | 13 സഞ്ചാരവ്യാപാരികളും കച്ചവടക്കാരും കൊണ്ടുവന്നതു കൂടാതെ ശലോമോന്നു ഓരോ ആണ്ടിൽ വന്നിരുന്ന പൊന്നിന്റെ തൂക്കം അറുനൂറ്ററുപത്താറു താലന്തു ആയിരുന്നു. | 13 जो सोना प्रति वर्ष सुलैमान के पास पहुचा करता या, उसका तौल छ: सौ छियासठ किक्कार या। |
| 14 besides that which the explorers and merchants brought. | 15 King Solomon made 200 large shields of beaten gold; 600 shekels of beaten gold went into each shield. | 15 ശലോമോൻരാജാവു പൊമ്പലകകൊണ്ടു ഇരുനൂറു വൻപരിച ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ഓരോപരിചെക്കു അറുനൂറു ശേക്കെൽ പൊൻപലക ചെലവായി. | 15 और राजा सुलैमान ने सोना गढ़ाकर दो सौ बड़ी बड़ी ढालें बनवाई; एक एक ढाल में छ:छ:सौ शेकेल गढ़ा हुआ सोना लगा। |
| 16 And he made 300 shields of beaten gold; 300 shekels of gold went into each shield; and the king put them in the House of the Forest of Lebanon. | 16 അവൻ പൊൻപലക കൊണ്ടു മുന്നൂറു ചെറുപരിചയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ഓരോ ചെറുപരിചെക്കു മുന്നൂറു ശേക്കെൽ പൊന്നു ചെലവായി. രാജാവു അവയെ ലെബാനോൻ വനഗൃഹത്തിൽവെച്ചു. | 16 फिर उस ने सोना गढ़ाकर तीन सौ छोटी ढालें और भी बनवाई; एक एक छोटी ढाल मे तीन सौ शेकेल सोना लगा, और राजा ने उनको लबानोनी बन नामक भवन में रखा दिया। |
| 17 The king also made a great ivory throne and overlaid it with pure gold. | 17 രാജാവു ദന്തംകൊണ്ടു ഒരു വലിയ സിംഹാസനം ഉണ്ടാക്കി തങ്കംകൊണ്ടു പൊതിഞ്ഞു. | 17 और राजा ने हाथीदांत का एक बड़ा सिंहासन बनाया और चोखे सोने से मढ़ाया। |
| 18 The throne had six steps and a footstool of gold, which were attached to the throne, and on each side of the seat were arm rests and two lions standing beside the arm rests, | 18 സിംഹാസനത്തോടു ചേർത്തുറപ്പിച്ചതായി ആറു പതനവും പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു ഒരു പാദപീഠവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഇരിപ്പിടത്തിന്റെ ഇരുഭാഗത്തും ഓരോ കൈത്താങ്ങലും കൈത്താങ്ങലിന്നരികെ നില്ക്കുന്ന രണ്ടു സിംഹവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. | 18 उस सिंहासन में छ: सीढियां और सोने का एक पावदान या; थे सब सिंहासन से जुड़े थे, और बैठने के स्यान की दोनोंअलंग टेक लगी यी और दोनोंटेकोंके पास एक एक सिंह खड़ा हुआ बना या। |
| 19 while twelve lions stood there, one on each end of a step on the six steps. | 20 All King Solomon's drinking vessels were of gold, and all the vessels of the House of the Forest of Lebanon were of pure gold. Silver was not considered as anything in the days of Solomon. | 20 ശലോമോൻരാജാവിന്റെ സകലപാനപാത്രങ്ങളും പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടും ലെബാനോൻ ഗൃഹത്തിലെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും തങ്കംകൊണ്ടും ആയിരുന്നു; വെള്ളിക്കു ശലോമോന്റെ കാലത്തു വിലയില്ലായിരുന്നു. | 20 और रजा सुलैमान के पीने के सब पात्र सोने के थे, और लबानोनी बन नामक भवन के सब पात्र भी चोखे सोने के थे; सुलैमान के दिनोंमें चान्दी का कुछ हिसाब न या। |
| 21 For the king's ships went to Tarshish with the servants of Hiram. Once every three years the ships of Tarshish used to come bringing gold, silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks. | 21 രാജാവിന്റെ കപ്പലുകളെ ഹൂരാമിന്റെ ദാസന്മരോടുകൂടെ തർശീശിലേക്കു അയച്ചിരുന്നു; മൂവാണ്ടിലൊരിക്കൽ തർശീശ് കപ്പലുകൾ പൊന്നു, വെള്ളി, ആനക്കൊമ്പു, കുരങ്ങു, മയിൽ എന്നിവയെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. | 21 क्योंकि हूराम के जहाजियोंके संग राजा के तशींश को जानेवाले जहाज थे, और तीन तीन वर्ष के बाद वे तशींश के जहाज सोना, चान्दी, हाथीदांत, बन्दर और मोर ले आते थे। |
| 22 Thus King Solomon excelled all the kings of the earth in riches and in wisdom. | 22 ഇങ്ങനെ ശലോമോൻരാജാവു ഭൂമിയിലെ സകലരാജാക്കന്മാരിലുംവെച്ചു ധനംകൊണ്ടും ജ്ഞാനംകൊണ്ടും മികെച്ചവനായിരുന്നു. | 22 योंराजा सुलैमान धन और बुद्धि में पृय्वी के सब राजाओं से बढ़कर हो गया। |
| 23 And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom, which God had put into his mind. | 23 ദൈവം ശലോമോന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ കൊടുത്ത ജ്ഞാനം കേൾപ്പാൻ ഭൂമിയിലെ സകലരാജാക്കന്മാരും അവന്റെ മുഖദർശനം അന്വേഷിച്ചുവന്നു. | 23 और पृय्वी के सब राजा सुलैमान की उस बुद्धि की बातें सुनने को जो परमेश्वर ने उसके मन में उपजाई यीं उसका दर्शन करना चाहते थे। |
| 24 Every one of them brought his present, articles of silver and of gold, garments, myrrh, spices, horses, and mules, so much year by year. | 24 അവരിൽ ഓരോരുത്തനും ആണ്ടുതോറും താന്താന്റെ കാഴ്ചയായിട്ടു വെള്ളിപ്പാത്രം, പൊൻപാത്രം, വസ്ത്രം, ആയുധം, സുഗന്ധവർഗ്ഗം, കുതിര, കോവർകഴുത എന്നിവയെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. | 24 और वे प्रति वर्ष अपक्की अपक्की भेंट अर्यात् चान्दी और सोने के पात्र, वस्त्र-शस्त्र, सुगन्धद्रय्य, घोड़े और खच्चर ले आते थे। |
| 25 And Solomon had 4,000 stalls for horses and chariots, and 12,000 horsemen, whom he stationed in the chariot cities and with the king in Jerusalem. | 25 ശലോമോന്നു കുതിരകൾക്കും രഥങ്ങൾക്കും നാലായിരം ലായവും പന്തീരായിരം കുതിരച്ചേവകരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവരെ അവൻ രഥനഗരങ്ങളിലും യെരൂശലേമിൽ രാജാവിന്റെ അടുക്കലും പാർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. | 25 और अपके घेड़ोंऔर रयोंके लिथे सुलैमान के चार हजार यान और बारह हजार सवार भी थे, जिनको उस ने रयोंके नगरोंमें और यरूशलेम में राजा के पास ठहरा रखा। |
| 26 And he ruled over all the kings from the Euphrates to the land of the Philistines and to the border of Egypt. | 26 അവൻ നദി മുതൽ ഫെലിസ്ത്യദേശംവരെയും മിസ്രയീമിന്റെ അതൃത്തിവരെയും ഉള്ള സകലരാജാക്കന്മാരുടെമേലും വാണു. | 26 और वह महानद से ले पलिश्तियोंके देश और मिस्र के सिवाने तक के सब राजाओं पर प्रभुता करता या। |
| 27 And the king made silver as common in Jerusalem as stone, and he made cedar as plentiful as the sycamore of the Shephelah. | 27 രാജാവു യെരൂശലേമിൽ വെള്ളിയെ പെരുപ്പംകൊണ്ടു കല്ലുപോലെയും ദേവദാരുവിനെ താഴ്വീതിയിലെ കാട്ടത്തിമരംപോലെയും ആക്കി. | 27 और राजा ने ऐसा किया, कि बहुतायत के कारण यरूशलेम में चान्दी का मूल्य पत्यरोंका और देवदार का मूल्य नीचे के देश के गूलरोंका सा हो गया। |
| 28 And horses were imported for Solomon from Egypt and from all lands. | 28 മിസ്രയീമിൽനിന്നും സകലദേശങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ശലോമോന്നു കുതിരകളെ വാങ്ങി കൊണ്ടുവരും. | 28 और लोग मिस्र से और और सब देशोंसे सुलैमान के लिथे घोड़े लाते थे। |
| 29 Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, from first to last, are they not written in the history of Nathan the prophet, and in the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite, and in the visions of Iddo the seer concerning Jeroboam the son of Nebat? | 29 ശലോമോന്റെ മറ്റുള്ള വൃത്താന്തങ്ങൾ ആദ്യാവസാനം നാഥാൻ പ്രവാചകന്റെ വൃത്താന്തത്തിലും ശീലോന്യനായ അഹീയാവിന്റെ പ്രവാചകത്തിലും നെബാത്തിന്റെ മകനായ യൊരോബെയാമിനെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള ഇദ്ദോദർശകന്റെ ദർശനങ്ങളിലും എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ. | 29 आदि से अन्त तक सुलैमान के और सब काम क्या नातान नबी की पुस्तक में, और शीलोवासी अहिय्याह की तबूवत की पुस्तक में, और नबात के पुत्र यारोबाम के विषय इद्दो दशीं के दर्शन की पुस्तक में नहीं लिखे हैं? |
| 30 Solomon reigned in Jerusalem over all Israel forty years. | 30 ശലോമോൻ യെരൂശലേമിൽ എല്ലായിസ്രായേലിന്നും നാല്പതു സംവത്സരം രാജാവായിരുന്നു. | 30 सुलैमान ने यरूशलेम में सारे इस्राएल पर चालीस वर्ष तक राज्य किया। |
| 31 And Solomon slept with his fathers and was buried in the city of David his father, and Rehoboam his son reigned in his place. | 31 പിന്നെ ശലോമോൻ തന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരെപ്പോലെ നിദ്രപ്രാപിച്ചു; അവനെ തന്റെ അപ്പനായ ദാവീദിന്റെ നഗരത്തിൽ അടക്കം ചെയ്തു; അവന്റെ മകനായ രെഹബെയാം അവന്നു പകരം രാജാവായി. | 31 और सुलैमान अपके पुरखाओं के संग सो गया और उसको उसके पिता दाऊद के नगर में मिट्टी दी गई; और उसका पुत्र रहूबियाम उसके स्यान पर राजा हुआ। |
