| 2 Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre; make melody to him with the harp of ten strings! | 2 കിന്നരംകൊണ്ടു യഹോവെക്കു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്‍വിൻ; പത്തു കമ്പിയുള്ള വീണകൊണ്ടു അവന്നു സ്തുതി പാടുവിൻ. | 2 वीणा बजा बजाकर यहोवा का धन्यवाद करो, दस तारवाली सारंगी बजा बजाकर उसका भजन गाओ। |
| 3 Sing to him a new song; play skillfully on the strings, with loud shouts. | 3 അവന്നു പുതിയ പാട്ടു പാടുവിൻ; ഘോഷസ്വരത്തോടെ നന്നായി വാദ്യം വായിപ്പിൻ. | 3 उसके लिथे नया गीत गाओ, जयजयकार के साथ भली भांति बजाओ।। |
| 4 For the word of the LORD is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness. | 4 യഹോവയുടെ വചനം നേരുള്ളതു; അവന്റെ സകലപ്രവൃത്തിയും വിശ്വസ്തതയുള്ളതു. | 4 क्योंकि यहोवा का वचन सीधा है; और उसका सब काम सच्चाई से होता है। |
| 5 He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the LORD. | 5 അവൻ നീതിയും ന്യായവും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നു; യഹോവയുടെ ദയകൊണ്ടു ഭൂമി നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. | 5 वह धर्म और न्याय से प्रीति रखता है; यहोवा की करूणा से पृथ्वी भरपूर है।। |
| 6 By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, and by the breath of his mouth all their host. | 6 യഹോവയുടെ വചനത്താൽ ആകാശവും അവന്റെ വായിലെ ശ്വാസത്താൽ അതിലെ സകലസൈന്യവും ഉളവായി; | 6 आकाशमण्डल यहोवा के वचन से, और उसके सारे गण उसके मुंह ही श्वास से बने। |
| 7 He gathers the waters of the sea as a heap; he puts the deeps in storehouses. | 7 അവൻ സമുദ്രത്തിലെ വെള്ളത്തെ കൂമ്പാരമായി കൂട്ടുന്നു; അവൻ ആഴികളെ ഭണ്ഡാരഗൃഹങ്ങളിൽ സംഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. | 7 वह समुद्र का जल ढेर की नाई इकट्ठा करता; वह गहिरे सागर को अपके भण्डार में रखता है।। |
| 8 Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him! | 8 സകലഭൂവാസികളും യഹോവയെ ഭയപ്പെടട്ടെ; ഭൂതലത്തിൽ പാർക്കുന്നവരൊക്കെയും അവനെ ശങ്കിക്കട്ടെ. | 8 सारी पृथ्वी के लोग यहोवा से डरें, जगत के सब निवासी उसका भय मानें! |
| 9 For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm. | 9 അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു; അങ്ങനെ സംഭവിച്ചു; അവൻ കല്പിച്ചു; അങ്ങനെ സ്ഥാപിതമായി. | 9 क्योंकि जब उस ने कहा, तब हो गया; जब उस ने आज्ञा दी, तब वास्तव में वैसा ही हो गया।। |
| 10 The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; he frustrates the plans of the peoples. | 10 യഹോവ ജാതികളുടെ ആലോചനയെ വ്യർത്ഥമാക്കുന്നു; വംശങ്ങളുടെ നിരൂപണങ്ങളെ നിഷ്ഫലമാക്കുന്നു. | 10 यहोवा अन्यअन्यजाथियो की युक्ति को व्यर्थ कर देता है; वह देश देश के लोगोंकी कल्पनाओं को निष्फल करता है। |
| 11 The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations. | 11 യഹോവയുടെ ആലോചന ശാശ്വതമായും അവന്റെ ഹൃദയവിചാരങ്ങൾ തലമുറതലമുറയായും നില്ക്കുന്നു. | 11 यहोवा की युक्ति सर्वदा स्थिर रहेगी, उसके मन की कल्पनाएं पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी तक बनी रहेंगी। |
| 12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage! | 12 യഹോവ ദൈവമായിരിക്കുന്ന ജാതിയും അവൻ തനിക്കു അവകാശമായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ജനവും ഭാഗ്യമുള്ളതു. | 12 क्या ही धन्य है वह जाति जिसका परमेश्वर यहोवा है, और वह समाज जिसे उस ने अपना निज भाग होने के लिथे चुन लिया हो! |
| 13 The LORD looks down from heaven; he sees all the children of man; | 13 യഹോവ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽനിന്നു നോക്കുന്നു; മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്മാരെ ഒക്കെയും കാണുന്നു. | 13 यहोवा स्वर्ग से दृष्टि करता है, वह सब मनुष्योंको निहारता है; |
| 14 from where he sits enthroned he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth, | 14 അവൻ തന്റെ വാസസ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നു സർവ്വഭൂവാസികളെയും നോക്കുന്നു. | 14 अपके निवास के स्थान से वह पृथ्वी के सब रहनेवालोंको देखता है, |
| 15 he who fashions the hearts of them all and observes all their deeds. | 15 അവൻ അവരുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളെ ഒരുപോലെ മനഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; അവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ ഒക്കെയും അവൻ ഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. | 15 वही जो उन सभोंके हृदयोंको गढ़ता, और उनके सब कामोंका विचार करता है। |
| 16 The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength. | 16 സൈന്യബഹുത്വത്താൽ രാജാവു ജയം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നില്ല; ബലാധിക്യംകൊണ്ടു വീരൻ രക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നതുമില്ല. | 16 कोई ऐसा राजा नहीं, जो सेना की बहुतायत के कारण बच सके; वीर अपक्की बड़ी शक्ति के कारण छूट नहीं जाता। |
| 17 The war horse is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue. | 17 ജയത്തിന്നു കുതിര വ്യർത്ഥമാകുന്നു; തന്റെ ബലാധിക്യംകൊണ്ടു അതു വിടുവിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല. | 17 बच निकलने के लिथे घोड़ा व्यर्थ है, वह अपके बड़े बल के द्वारा किसी को नहीं बचा सकता है।। |
| 18 Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love, | 18 യഹോവയുടെ ദൃഷ്ടി തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരുടെമേലും തന്റെ ദയെക്കായി പ്രത്യാശിക്കുന്നവരുടെമേലും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; | 18 देखो, यहोवा की दृष्टि उसके डरवैयोंपर और उन पर जो उसकी करूणा की आशा रखते हैं बनी रहती है, |
| 19 that he may deliver their soul from death and keep them alive in famine. | 19 അവരുടെ പ്രാണനെ മരണത്തിൽനിന്നു വിടുവിപ്പാനും ക്ഷാമത്തിൽ അവരെ ജീവനോടെ രക്ഷിപ്പാനും തന്നേ. | 19 कि वह उनके प्राण को मृत्यु से बचाए, और अकाल के समय उनको जीवित रखे।। |
| 20 Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and our shield. | 20 നമ്മുടെ ഉള്ളം യഹോവെക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; അവൻ നമ്മുടെ സഹായവും പരിചയും ആകുന്നു. | 20 हम यहोवा का आसरा देखते आए हैं; वह हमारा सहाथक और हमारी ढाल ठहरा है। |
| 21 For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name. | 21 അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തിൽ നാം ആശ്രയിക്കയാൽ നമ്മുടെ ഹൃദയം അവനിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കും. | 21 हमारा हृदय उसके कारण आनन्दित होगा, क्योंकि हम ने उसके पवित्रा नाम का भरोसा रखा है। |
| 22 Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in you. | 22 യഹോവേ, ഞങ്ങൾ നിങ്കൽ പ്രത്യാശവെക്കുന്നതുപോലെ നിന്റെ ദയ ഞങ്ങളുടെമേൽ ഉണ്ടാകുമാറാകട്ടെ. | 22 हे यहोवा जैसी तुझ पर हमारी आशा है, वैसी ही तेरी करूणा भी हम पर हो।। |
