| 1 Righteous are you, O LORD, when I complain to you; yet I would plead my case before you. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why do all who are treacherous thrive? | 1 യഹോവേ ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു വാദിച്ചാൽ നീ നീതിമാനായിരിക്കും; എങ്കിലും ന്യായങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു ചോദിപ്പാൻ തുനിയുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ വഴി ശുഭമായിരിപ്പാൻ സംഗതി എന്തു? ദ്രോഹം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവരൊക്കെയും നിർഭയന്മാരായിരിക്കുന്നതെന്തു? | 1 हे यहोवा, यदि मैं तुझ से मुक़द्दमा लड़ूं, तौभी तू धमीं है; मुझे अपके साय इस विषय पर वादविवाद करने दे। दुष्टोंकी चाल क्योंसफंल होती है? क्या कारण है कि विश्वासघाती बहुत सुख से रहते हैं? |
| 2 You plant them, and they take root; they grow and produce fruit; you are near in their mouth and far from their heart. | 2 നീ അവരെ നട്ടു അവർ വേരൂന്നി വളർന്നു ഫലം കായിക്കുന്നു; അവരുടെ വായിൽ നീ സമീപസ്ഥനായും അന്തരംഗത്തിൽ ദൂരസ്ഥനായും ഇരിക്കുന്നു. | 2 तू उनको बोता और वे जड़ भी पकड़ते; वे बढ़ते और फलते भी हैं; तू उनके मुंह के निकट है परन्तु उनके मनोंसे दूर है। |
| 3 But you, O LORD, know me; you see me, and test my heart toward you. Pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and set them apart for the day of slaughter. | 3 എന്നാൽ യഹോവേ, എന്നെ നീ അറിയുന്നു; നീ എന്നെ കണ്ടു നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ ശോധനചെയ്യുന്നു; അറുപ്പാനുള്ള ആടുകളെപ്പോലെ അവരെ വലിച്ചിഴെക്കേണമേ; കൊലദിവസത്തിന്നായി അവരെ വേറുതിരിക്കേണമേ. | 3 हे यहोवा तू मुझे जानता है; तू मुझे देखता है, और तू ने मेरे मन की पक्कीझा करके देखा कि मैं तेरी ओर किस प्रकार रहता हूँ। जैसे भेड़-बकरियां घात होने के लिथे फुण्ड में से निकाली जाती हैं, वैसे ही उनको भी निकाल ले और वध के दिन के लिथे तैयार कर। |
| 4 How long will the land mourn and the grass of every field wither? For the evil of those who dwell in it the beasts and the birds are swept away, because they said, "He will not see our latter end." | 4 ദേശം ദുഃഖിക്കുന്നതും നിലത്തിലെ സസ്യമൊക്കെയും വാടുന്നതും എത്രത്തോളം? നിവാസികളുടെ ദുഷ്ടതനിമിത്തം മൃഗങ്ങളും പക്ഷികളും നശിച്ചുപോകുന്നു; ഇവൻ ഞങ്ങളുടെ അന്ത്യാവസ്ഥ കാണുകയില്ല എന്നു അവർ പറയുന്നു. | 4 कब तक देश विलाप करता रहेगा, और सारे मैदान की घास सूखी रहेगी? देश के निवासियोंकी बुराई के कारण पशु-पक्की सब नाश हो गए हैं, क्योंकि उन लोगोंने कहा, वह हमारे अन्त को न देखेगा। |
| 5 "If you have raced with men on foot, and they have wearied you, how will you compete with horses? And if in a safe land you are so trusting, what will you do in the thicket of the Jordan? | 5 കാലാളുകളോടുകൂടെ ഓടീട്ടു നീ ക്ഷീണിച്ചുപോയാൽ, കുതിരകളോടു എങ്ങനെ മത്സരിച്ചോടും? സമാധാനമുള്ള ദേശത്തു നീ നിർഭയനായിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ യോർദ്ദാന്റെ വൻകാട്ടിൽ നീ എന്തു ചെയ്യും? | 5 तू जो प्यादोंही के संग दौड़कर यक गया है तो घेड़ोंके संग क्योंकर बराबरी कर सकेगा? और यद्यपि तू शान्ति के इस देश में निडर है, परन्तु यरदन के आसपास के धने जंगल में तू क्या करेगा? |
| 6 For even your brothers and the house of your father, even they have dealt treacherously with you; they are in full cry after you; do not believe them, though they speak friendly words to you." | 6 നിന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരും പിതൃഭവനവും നിന്നോടു ദ്രോഹം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു, അവരുംകൂടെ നിന്റെ പിന്നാലെ ആർപ്പുവിളിക്കുന്നു; അവർ നിന്നോടു ചക്കരവാക്കു പറഞ്ഞാലും അവരെ വിശ്വസിക്കരുതു. | 6 क्योंकि तेरे भाई और तेरे घराने के लोगोंने भी तेरा विश्वासघात किया है; वे तेरे पीछे ललकारते हैं, यदि वे तुझ से मीठी बातें भी कहें, तौभी उनकी प्रतीति न करना। |
| 7 "I have forsaken my house; I have abandoned my heritage; I have given the beloved of my soul into the hands of her enemies. | 7 ഞാൻ എന്റെ ആലയത്തെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു, എന്റെ അവകാശത്തെ ത്യജിച്ചു, എന്റെ പ്രാണപ്രിയയെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. | 7 मैं ने अपना घर छोड़ दिया, अपना निज भाग मैं ने त्याग दिया है; मैं ने अपक्की प्राणप्रिया को शत्रुओं के वश में कर दिया है। |
| 8 My heritage has become to me like a lion in the forest; she has lifted up her voice against me; therefore I hate her. | 8 എന്റെ അവകാശം എനിക്കു കാട്ടിലെ സിംഹംപോലെ ആയിരിക്കുന്നു; അതു എന്റെ നേരെ നാദം കേൾപ്പിക്കുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അതിനെ വെറുക്കുന്നു. | 8 क्योंकि मेरा निज भाग मेरे देखने में वन के सिंह के समान हो गया और मेरे विरुद्ध गरजा है; इस कारण मैं ने उस से बैर किया है। |
| 9 Is my heritage to me like a hyena's lair? Are the birds of prey against her all around? Go, assemble all the wild beasts; bring them to devour. | 9 എന്റെ അവകാശം എനിക്കു പുള്ളിക്കഴുകനെപ്പോലെയോ? കഴുകന്മാർ അതിനെ ചുറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നുവോ? ചെന്നു എല്ലാ കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങളെയും കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു തിന്മാൻ വരുവിൻ. | 9 क्या मेरा निज भाग मेरी दृष्टि में चित्तीवाले शिकारी पक्की के समान नहीं है? क्या शिकारी पक्की चारोंओर से उसे घेरे हुए हैं? जाओ सब जंगली पशुओं को इकट्ठा करो; उनको लाओ कि खा जाएं। |
| 10 Many shepherds have destroyed my vineyard; they have trampled down my portion; they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness. | 10 അനേകം ഇടയന്മാർ എന്റെ മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം നശിപ്പിക്കയും എന്റെ ഓഹരിയെ ചവിട്ടിക്കളകയും എന്റെ മനോഹരമായ ഓഹരിയെ ശൂന്യമരുഭൂമിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. | 10 बहुत से चरवाहोंने मेरी दाख की बारी को बिगाड़ कर दिया, उन्होंने मेरे भाग को लताड़ा, वरन मेरे मनोहर भाग के खेत को सुनसान जंगल बना दिया है। |
| 11 They have made it a desolation; desolate, it mourns to me. The whole land is made desolate, but no man lays it to heart. | 11 അവർ അതിനെ ശൂന്യമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ശൂന്യമായിത്തീർന്നതിനാൽ അതു എന്നോടു സങ്കടം പറയുന്നു; ആരും ശ്രദ്ധവെക്കായ്കയാൽ ദേശം ഒക്കെയും ശൂന്യമായ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു. | 11 उन्होंने उसको उजाड़ दिया; वह उजड़कर मेरे साम्हने विलाप कर रहा है। सारा देश उजड़ गया है, तौभी कोई नहीं सोचता। |
| 12 Upon all the bare heights in the desert destroyers have come, for the sword of the LORD devours from one end of the land to the other; no flesh has peace. | 12 വിനാശകന്മാർ മരുഭൂമിയിലെ മൊട്ടക്കുന്നിന്മേലൊക്കെയും വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവയുടെ വാൾ ദേശത്തെ ഒരു അറ്റം മുതൽ മറ്റേ അറ്റംവരെ തിന്നുകളയുന്നു; ഒരു ജഡത്തിന്നും സമാധാനം ഇല്ല. | 12 जंगल के सब मुंडे टीलोंपर नाशक चढ़ आए हैं; क्योंकि यहोवा की तलवार देश के एक छोर से लेकर दूसरी छोर तक निगलती जाती है; किसी मनुष्य को शांन्ति नहीं मिलती। |
| 13 They have sown wheat and have reaped thorns; they have tired themselves out but profit nothing. They shall be ashamed of their harvests because of the fierce anger of the LORD." | 13 അവർ കോതമ്പു വിതെച്ചു മുള്ളു കൊയ്തു; അവർ പ്രായസപ്പെട്ടു ഒരു ഫലവും ഉണ്ടായില്ല; യഹോവയുടെ ഉഗ്രകോപംനിമിത്തം അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ വിളവിനെക്കുറിച്ചു ലജ്ജിക്കും. | 13 उन्होंने गेहूं तो बोया, परन्तु कटीले पेड़ काटे, उन्होंने कष्ट तो उठाया, परन्तु उस से कुछ लाभ न हुआ। यहोवा के क्रोध के भड़कने के कारण तुम अपके खेतोंकी उपज के विषय में लज्जित हो। |
| 14 Thus says the LORD concerning all my evil neighbors who touch the heritage that I have given my people Israel to inherit: "Behold, I will pluck them up from their land, and I will pluck up the house of Judah from among them. | 14 ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന അവകാശത്തെ തൊടുന്ന ദുഷ്ടന്മാരായ എന്റെ എല്ലാ അയൽക്കാരെയും കുറിച്ചു യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ അവരെ അവരുടെ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു പറിച്ചുകളയും; യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തെ ഞാൻ അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു പറിച്ചുകളയും. | 14 मेरे दुष्ट पड़ोसी उस भाग पर हाथ लगाते हैं, जिसका भागी मैं ने अपक्की प्रजा इस्राएल को बनाया है। उनके विष्य यहोवा योंकहता है कि मैं उनको उनकी भूमि में से उखाड़ डालूंगा, और यहूदा के घराने को भी उनके बीच में से उखड़ूंगा। |
| 15 And after I have plucked them up, I will again have compassion on them, and I will bring them again each to his heritage and each to his land. | 15 അവരെ പറിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞ ശേഷം ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും അവരോടു കരുണ കാണിച്ചു ഓരോരുത്തനെ അവനവന്റെ അവകാശത്തിലേക്കും ദേശത്തിലേക്കും തിരിച്ചുവരുത്തും. | 15 उन्हें उखाड़ने के बाद मैं फिर उन पर दया करूंगा, और उन में से हर एक को उसके निज़ भाग और भूमि में फिर से लगाऊंगा। |
| 16 And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, to swear by my name, 'As the LORD lives,' even as they taught my people to swear by Baal, then they shall be built up in the midst of my people. | 16 അവർ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ ബാലിന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ സത്യം ചെയ്‍വാൻ പഠിപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ, യഹോവയാണ എന്നു എന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ സത്യം ചെയ്‍വാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ നടവടികളെ താല്പര്യത്തോടെ പഠിക്കുമെങ്കിൽ അവർ എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ അഭിവൃദ്ധി പ്രാപിക്കും. | 16 और यदि वे मेरी प्रजा की चाल सीखकर मेरे ही नाम की सौगन्ध, यहोवा के जीवन की सौगन्ध, खाने लगें, जिस प्रकार से उन्होंने मेरी प्रजा को बाल की सौगन्ध खाना सिखलाया या, तब मेरी प्रजा के बीच उनका भी वंश बढ़ेगा। |
| 17 But if any nation will not listen, then I will utterly pluck it up and destroy it, declares the LORD." | 17 അവർ കേട്ടനുസരിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കിലോ, ഞാൻ ആ ജാതിയെ പറിച്ചു നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 17 परन्तु यदि वे न मानें, तो मैं उस जाति को ऐसा उखाड़ूंगा कि वह फिर कभी न पनंपेगी, यहोवा की यही वाणी है। |
