| 2 "You shall not take a wife, nor shall you have sons or daughters in this place. | 2 ഈ സ്ഥലത്തു നീ ഭാര്യയെ പരിഗ്രഹിക്കരുതു; നിനക്കു പുത്രന്മാരും പുത്രിമാരും ഉണ്ടാകയും അരുതു. | 2 इस स्यान में विवाह करके बेटे-बेटियां मत जन्मा। |
| 3 For thus says the LORD concerning the sons and daughters who are born in this place, and concerning the mothers who bore them and the fathers who fathered them in this land: | 3 ഈ സ്ഥലത്തു ജനിക്കുന്ന പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും കുറിച്ചും ഈ ദേശത്തു അവരെ പ്രസവിക്കുന്ന അമ്മമാരെക്കുറിച്ചും അവരെ ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന അപ്പന്മാരെക്കുറിച്ചും യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: | 3 क्योंकि जो बेटे-बेटियां इस स्यन में उत्पन्न होंऔर जो माताएं उन्हें जनें और जो पिता उन्हें इस देश में जन्माएं, |
| 4 They shall die of deadly diseases. They shall not be lamented, nor shall they be buried. They shall be as dung on the surface of the ground. They shall perish by the sword and by famine, and their dead bodies shall be food for the birds of the air and for the beasts of the earth. | 4 അവർ കൊടിയ വ്യാധികളാൽ മരിക്കും; ആരും അവരെക്കുറിച്ചു വിലാപം കഴിക്കയോ അവരെ കുഴിച്ചിടുകയോ ചെയ്യാതെ അവർ നിലത്തിന്നു വളമായി കിടക്കും; വാളാലും ക്ഷാമത്താലും അവർ മുടിഞ്ഞുപോകും; അവരുടെ ശവങ്ങൾ ആകാശത്തിലെ പക്ഷികൾക്കും കാട്ടിലെ മൃഗങ്ങൾക്കും ഇരയായിത്തീരും. | 4 उनके विषय यहोवा योंकहता है, वे बुरी बुरी बीमारियोंसे मरेंगे। उनके लिथे कोई छाती न पीटेगा, न उनको मिट्टी देगा; वे भूमि के ऊपर खाद की नाई पके रहेंगे। वे तलवार और महंगी से मर मिटेंगे, और उनकी लोथें आकाश के पझियोंऔर मैदान के पशुओं का आहार होंगी। |
| 5 "For thus says the LORD: Do not enter the house of mourning, or go to lament or grieve for them, for I have taken away my peace from this people, my steadfast love and mercy, declares the LORD. | 5 യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നീ ദുഃഖഭവനത്തിൽ ചെല്ലരുതു; വിലപിപ്പാൻ പോകരുതു; അവരോടു സഹതാപം കാണിക്കയും അരുതു; ഞാൻ എന്റെ സമാധാനവും ദയയും കരുണയും ഈ ജനത്തിൽനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 5 यहोवा ने कहा, जिस घर में रोनापीटना हो उस में न जाना, न छाती पीटने के लिथे कहीं जाना और न इन लोगोंके लिथे शोक करना; क्योंकि यहोवा की यह वाणी है कि मैं ने अपक्की शान्ति और करुणा और दया इन लोगोंपर से उठा ली है। |
| 6 Both great and small shall die in this land. They shall not be buried, and no one shall lament for them or cut himself or make himself bald for them. | 6 വലിയവരും ചെറിയവരും ഈ ദേശത്തു മരിക്കും; ആരും അവരെ കുഴിച്ചിടുകയില്ല, അവരെക്കുറിച്ചു വിലാപം കഴിക്കയില്ല, അവരുടെ നിമിത്തം മുറിവേല്പിക്കയില്ല, മുൻകഷണ്ടിയുണ്ടാക്കുകയുമില്ല. | 6 इस कारण इस देश के छोटे-बड़े सब मरेंगे, न तो इनको मिट्टी दी जाएगी, न लोग छाती पीटेंगे, न अपना शरीर चीरेंगे, और न सिर मुंड़ाएंगे। इनके लिथे कोई शोक करनेवालोंको रोटी न बाटेंगे कि शोक में उन्हें शान्ति दें; |
| 7 No one shall break bread for the mourner, to comfort him for the dead, nor shall anyone give him the cup of consolation to drink for his father or his mother. | 7 മരിച്ചവനെക്കുറിച്ചു അവരെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ആരും വിലാപത്തിങ്കൽ അവർക്കു അപ്പം നുറുക്കിക്കൊടുക്കയില്ല; അപ്പനെച്ചൊല്ലിയോ അമ്മയെച്ചൊല്ലിയോ ആരും അവർക്കു ആശ്വാസത്തിന്റെ പാനപാത്രം കുടിപ്പാൻ കൊടുക്കയുമില്ല. | 7 और न लोग पिता वा माता के मरने पर किसी को शान्ति के लिथे कटोरे में दाखमधु पिलाएंगे। |
| 8 You shall not go into the house of feasting to sit with them, to eat and drink. | 8 അവരോടുകൂടെ ഇരുന്നു ഭക്ഷിപ്പാനും പാനം ചെയ്‍വാനും നീ വിരുന്നു വീട്ടിലേക്കു പോകരുതു. | 8 तू जेवनार के घर में इनके साय खाने-पीने के लिथे न जाना। |
| 9 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will silence in this place, before your eyes and in your days, the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride. | 9 യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ കാൺകെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ നാളുകളിൽ ആനന്ദഘോഷവും സന്തോഷധ്വനിയും മണവാളന്റെ സ്വരവും മണവാട്ടിയുടെ സ്വരവും ഈ സ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളയും. | 9 क्योंकि सेनाओं का यहोवा, इस्राएल का परमेश्वर योंकहता है, देख, तुम लोगोंके देखते और तुम्हारे ही दिनोंमें मैं ऐसा करूंगा कि इस स्यान में न तो हर्ष और न आनन्द का शब्द सुनाई पकेगा, न दुल्हे और न दुल्हिन का शब्द। |
| 10 "And when you tell this people all these words, and they say to you, 'Why has the LORD pronounced all this great evil against us? What is our iniquity? What is the sin that we have committed against the LORD our God?' | 10 നീ ഈ വചനങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും ഈ ജനത്തോടു അറിയിക്കുമ്പോഴും യഹോവ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു വിരോധമായി ഈ വലിയ അനർത്ഥം ഒക്കെയും കല്പിച്ചതു എന്തു? ഞങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യം എന്തു? ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയോടു ഞങ്ങൾ ചെയ്ത പാപം എന്തു എന്നു അവർ നിന്നോടു ചോദിക്കുമ്പോഴും | 10 और जब तू इन लोगोंसे थे सब बातें कहे, और वे तुझ से पूछें कि यहोवा ने हमारे ऊपर यह सारी बड़ी विपत्ति डालने के लिथे क्योंकहा है? हमारा अधर्म क्या है और हम ने अपके परमेश्वर यहोवा के विरुद्ध कौन सा पाप किया है? |
| 11 then you shall say to them: 'Because your fathers have forsaken me, declares the LORD, and have gone after other gods and have served and worshiped them, and have forsaken me and have not kept my law, | 11 നീ അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർ എന്നെ ത്യജിച്ചു അന്യദേവന്മാരോടു ചേർന്നു അവരെ സേവിച്ചു നമസ്കരിക്കയും എന്നെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു എന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണം അനുസരിച്ചു നടക്കാതെയിരിക്കയും ചെയ്കകൊണ്ടു തന്നേ എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 11 तो तू इन लोगोंसे कहना, यहोवा की यह वाणी है, क्योंकि तुम्हारे पुरखा मुझे त्यागकर दूसरे देवताओं के पीछे चले, और उनकी उपासना करके उनको दण्डवत् की, और मुझ को त्याग दिया और मेरी व्यवस्या का पालन नहीं किया, |
| 12 and because you have done worse than your fathers, for behold, every one of you follows his stubborn, evil will, refusing to listen to me. | 12 നിങ്ങളോ നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരെക്കാൾ അധികം ദോഷം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങൾ ഓരോരുത്തനും എന്റെ വാക്കു കേൾക്കാതെ താന്താന്റെ ദുഷ്ടഹൃദയത്തിലെ ശാഠ്യം അനുസരിച്ചു നടക്കുന്നു. | 12 ओर जितनी बुराई तुम्हारे पुरखाओं ने की यी, उस से भी अधिक तुम करते हो, क्योंकि तुम अपके बुरे मन के हठ पर चलते हो और मेरी नहीं सुनते; |
| 13 Therefore I will hurl you out of this land into a land that neither you nor your fathers have known, and there you shall serve other gods day and night, for I will show you no favor.' | 13 അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ഈ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു നിങ്ങളും നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരും അറിയാത്ത ഒരു ദേശത്തേക്കു നീക്കിക്കളയും; അവിടെ നിങ്ങൾ രാവും പകലും അന്യദേവന്മാരെ സേവിക്കും; അവിടെ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു കൃപ കാണിക്കയുമില്ല. | 13 इस कारण मैं तुम को इस देश से उखाड़कर ऐसे देश में फेंक दूंगा, जिसको न तो तुम जानते हो और न तुम्हारे पुरखा जानते थे; और वहां तुम रात-दिन दूसरे देवताओं की उपासना करते रहोगे, क्योंकि वहां मैं तुम पर कुछ अनुग्रह न करूंगा। |
| 14 "Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when it shall no longer be said, 'As the LORD lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt,' | 14 ആകയാൽ, യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളെ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു കൊണ്ടുവന്ന യഹോവയാണ എന്നു ഇനി പറയാതെ, | 14 फिर यहोवा की यह वाणी हुई, देखो, ऐसे दिन आनेवाले हैं जिन में फिर यह न कहा जाएगा कि यहोवा जो इस्राएलियोंको मिस्र देश से छुड़ा ले आया उसके जीवन की सौगन्ध, |
| 15 but 'As the LORD lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the north country and out of all the countries where he had driven them.' For I will bring them back to their own land that I gave to their fathers. | 15 യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളെ വടക്കെദേശത്തുനിന്നും താൻ അവരെ നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞിരുന്ന സകലദേശങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും കൊണ്ടുവന്ന യഹോവയാണ എന്നു പറയുന്ന കാലം വരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർക്കു കൊടുത്ത ദേശത്തിലേക്കു ഞാൻ അവരെ വീണ്ടും കൊണ്ടുവരും. | 15 वरन यह कहा जाएगा कि यहोवा जो इस्राएलियोंको उत्तर के देश से और उन सब देशोंसे जहां उस ने उनको बरबस कर दिया या छुड़ा ले आया, उसके जीवन की सौगन्ध। क्योंकि मैं उनको उनके निज देश में जो मैं ने उनके पूर्वजोंको दिया या, लौटा ले आऊंगा। |
| 16 "Behold, I am sending for many fishers, declares the LORD, and they shall catch them. And afterward I will send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and out of the clefts of the rocks. | 16 ഇതാ, ഞാൻ അനേകം മീൻപിടിക്കാരെ വരുത്തും; അവർ അവരെ പിടിക്കും; അതിന്റെ ശേഷം ഞാൻ അനേകം നായാട്ടുകാരെ വരുത്തും; അവർ അവരെ എല്ലാമലയിലും നിന്നും എല്ലാ കുന്നിലും നിന്നും പാറപ്പിളർപ്പുകളിൽനിന്നും നായാടിപ്പിടിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 16 देखो, यहोवा की यह वाणी है कि मै बहुत से मछुओं को बुलवा भेजूंगा कि वे इन लोगोंको पकड़ लें, और, फिर मैं बहुत से बहेलियोंको बुलवा भेजूंगा कि वे इनको अहेर करके सब पहाड़ोंऔर पहाडिय़ोंपर से और चट्टानोंकी दरारोंमें से निकालें। |
| 17 For my eyes are on all their ways. They are not hidden from me, nor is their iniquity concealed from my eyes. | 17 എന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടി അവരുടെ എല്ലാവഴികളുടെയും മേൽ വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവ എനിക്കു മറഞ്ഞു കിടക്കുന്നില്ല; അവരുടെ അകൃത്യം എന്റെ കണ്ണിന്നു ഗുപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല. | 17 क्योंकि उनका पूरा चाल-चलन मेरी आंखोंके साम्हने प्रगट है; वह मेरी दृष्टि से छिपा नहीं है, न उनका अधर्म मेरी आखोंसे गुप्त है। सो मैं उनके अधर्म और पाप का दूना दण्ड दूंगा, |
| 18 But first I will doubly repay their iniquity and their sin, because they have polluted my land with the carcasses of their detestable idols, and have filled my inheritance with their abominations." | 18 അവർ എന്റെ ദേശത്തെ തങ്ങളുടെ മ്ലേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളാൽ മലിനമാക്കി എന്റെ അവകാശത്തെ തങ്ങളുടെ അറെപ്പുകളെക്കൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചിരിക്കയാൽ, ഞാൻ ഒന്നാമതു അവരുടെ അകൃത്യത്തിന്നും അവരുടെ പാപത്തിന്നും ഇരിട്ടിച്ചു പകരം ചെയ്യും. | 18 क्योंकि उन्होंने मेरे देश को अपक्की घृणित वस्तुओं की लोयोंसे अशुद्ध किया, और मेरे निज भाग को अपक्की अशुद्धता से भर दिया है। |
| 19 O LORD, my strength and my stronghold, my refuge in the day of trouble, to you shall the nations come from the ends of the earth and say: "Our fathers have inherited nothing but lies, worthless things in which there is no profit. | 19 എന്റെ ബലവും എന്റെ കോട്ടയും കഷ്ടകാലത്തു എന്റെ ശരണവുമായ യഹോവേ, ജാതികൾ ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു: ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർക്കു അവകാശമായിരുന്നതു മിത്ഥ്യാമൂർത്തികളായ വെറും ഭോഷ്കു അത്രേ; അവയിൽ പ്രയോജനമുള്ളതു ഒന്നുമില്ല എന്നു പറയും. | 19 हे यहोवा, हे मेरे बल और दृढ़ गढ़, संकट के समय मेरे शरणस्यान, जातिजाति के लोग पृय्वी की चहुंओर से तेरे पास आकर कहेंगे, निश्चय हमारे पुरखा फूठी, व्यर्य और निष्फल वस्तुओं को अपनाते आए हैं। |
| 20 Can man make for himself gods? Such are not gods!" | 20 തനിക്കു ദേവന്മാരെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുവാൻ മനുഷ്യന്നു കഴിയുമോ? എന്നാൽ അവ ദേവന്മാരല്ല. | 20 क्या मनुष्य ईश्वरोंको बनाए? नहीं, वे ईश्वर नहीं हो सकते ! |
| 21 "Therefore, behold, I will make them know, this once I will make them know my power and my might, and they shall know that my name is the LORD." | 21 ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ ഈ പ്രാവശ്യം അവരെ ഒന്നു പഠിപ്പിക്കും; എന്റെ കയ്യും എന്റെ ബലവും ഞാൻ അവരെ ഒന്നു അനുഭവിപ്പിക്കും; എന്റെ നാമം യഹോവ എന്നു അവർ അറിയും. | 21 इस कारण, एक इस बार, मैं इन लोगोंको अपना भुजबल और पराक्रम दिखाऊंगा, और वे जानेंगे कि मेरा नाम यहोवा है। |
