| 5 They are coming in to fight against the Chaldeans and to fill them with the dead bodies of men whom I shall strike down in my anger and my wrath, for I have hidden my face from this city because of all their evil. | 5 അവർ കല്ദയരോടു യുദ്ധം ചെയ്‍വാൻ ചെല്ലുന്നു; എന്നാൽ അതു, ഞാൻ എന്റെ കോപത്തിലും എന്റെ ക്രോധത്തിലും സംഹരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യരുടെ ശവങ്ങൾകൊണ്ടു അവയെ നിറെപ്പാനത്രേ; അവരുടെ സകലദോഷവും നിമിത്തം ഞാൻ എന്റെ മുഖത്തെ ഈ നഗരത്തിന്നു മറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. | 5 कसदियोंसे युद्ध करने को वे लोग आते तो हैं, परन्तु मैं क्रोध और जलजलाहट में आकर उनको मरवाऊंगा और उनकी लोथें उसी स्यान में भर दूंगा; क्योंकि उनकी दुष्टता के कारण मैं ने इस नगर से मुख फेर लिया है। |

| 9 And this city shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth who shall hear of all the good that I do for them. | 10 "Thus says the LORD: In this place of which you say, 'It is a waste without man or beast,' in the cities of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man or inhabitant or beast, there shall be heard again | 10 യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: മനുഷ്യരും മൃഗവും ഇല്ലാതെ ശൂന്യമായിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്ന ഈ സ്ഥലത്തും യെഹൂദാപട്ടണങ്ങളിലും മനുഷ്യനോ, നിവാസികളോ, മൃഗമോ ഇല്ലാതെ ശൂന്യമായിരിക്കുന്ന യെരൂശലേംവീഥികളിലും | 10 यहोवा योंकहता है, यह स्यान जिसके विषय तुम लोग कहते हो कि यह तो उजाड़ हो गया है, इस में न तो मनुष्य रह गया है और न पशु, अर्यात् यहूदा देश के नगर और यरूशलेम की सड़कें जो ऐसी सुनसान पक्की हैं कि उन में न तो कोई मनुष्य रहता है और न कोई पशु, |
| 11 the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing, as they bring thank offerings to the house of the LORD: "'Give thanks to the LORD of hosts, for the LORD is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!'For I will restore the fortunes of the land as at first, says the LORD. | 11 ഇനിയും ആനന്ദഘോഷവും സന്തോഷധ്വനിയും മണവാളന്റെ സ്വരവും മണവാട്ടിയുടെ സ്വരവും: സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിൻ, യഹോവ നല്ലവനല്ലോ, അവന്റെ ദയ എന്നേക്കുമുള്ളതു എന്നു പറയുന്നവരുടെ ശബ്ദവും യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ സ്തോത്രയാഗം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നവരുടെ ശബ്ദവും കേൾക്കും; ഞാൻ ദേശത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥിതി മാറ്റി പണ്ടത്തെപ്പോലെ ആക്കും എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു. | 11 इन्हीं में हर्ष और आनन्द का शब्द, दुल्हे-दुल्हिन का शब्द, और इस बात के कहनेवालोंका शब्द फिर सुनाई पकेगा कि सेनाओं के यहोवा का धन्यवाद करो, क्योंकि यहोवा भला है, और उसकी करुणा सदा की है। और यहोवा के भवन में धन्यवादबलि लानेवालोंका भी शब्द सुनाई देगा; क्योंकि मैं इस देश की दशा पहिले की नाई ज्योंकी त्योंकर दूंगा, यहोवा का यही वचन है। |
| 12 "Thus says the LORD of hosts: In this place that is waste, without man or beast, and in all of its cities, there shall again be habitations of shepherds resting their flocks. | 12 സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: മനുഷ്യനും മൃഗവും ഇല്ലാതെ ശൂന്യമായിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ സ്ഥലത്തും അതിന്റെ സകലപട്ടണങ്ങളിലും ആടുകളെ കിടത്തുന്ന ഇടയന്മാർക്കു ഇനിയും മേച്ചൽപുറം ഉണ്ടാകും; | 12 सेनाओं का यहोवा कहता है: सब गांवोंसमेत यह स्यान जो ऐसा उजाड़ है कि इस में न तो मनुष्य रह गया है और न पशु, इसी में भेड़-बकरियां बैठानेवाले चरवाहे फिर बसेंगे। |
| 13 In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the Shephelah, and in the cities of the Negeb, in the land of Benjamin, the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, flocks shall again pass under the hands of the one who counts them, says the LORD. | 13 മലനാട്ടിലെ പട്ടണങ്ങളിലും താഴ്വീതിയിലെ പട്ടണങ്ങളിലും തെക്കെ പട്ടണങ്ങളിലും ബെന്യാമീൻദേശത്തും യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ ചുറ്റുവട്ടത്തിലും യെഹൂദാപട്ടണങ്ങളിലും ആടുകൾ എണ്ണുന്നവന്റെ കൈക്കു കീഴെ ഇനിയും കടന്നുപോകും എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു. | 13 पहाड़ी देश में और नीचे के देश में, दक्खिन देश के नगरोंमें, बिन्यामीन देश में, और यरूशलेम के आस पास, निदान यहूदा देश के सब नगरोंमें भेड़-बकरियां फिर गिन-गिनकर चराई जाएंगी, यहोवा का यही वचन हे। |
| 14 "Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will fulfill the promise I made to the house of Israel and the house of Judah. | 14 ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽ ഗൃഹത്തോടും യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തോടും അരുളിച്ചെയ്ത നല്ലവചനം നിവർത്തിക്കുന്ന കാലം വരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 14 यहोवा की यह भी वाणी है, देख, ऐसे दिन आनेवाले हैं कि कल्याण का जो वचन मैं ने इस्राएल और यहूदा के घरानोंके विषय में कहा है, उसे पूरा करूंगा। |
| 15 In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous Branch to spring up for David, and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. | 15 ആ നാളുകളിലും ആ കാലത്തും ഞാൻ ദാവീദിന്നു നീതിയുള്ളോരു മുളയായവനെ മുളെപ്പിക്കും; അവൻ ദേശത്തു നീതിയും ന്യായവും നടത്തും. | 15 उन दिनोंमें और उन समयोंमें मैं दाऊद के वंश में धर्म की एक डाल उगाऊंगा; और वह इस देश में न्याय और धर्म के काम करेगा। |
| 16 In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will dwell securely. And this is the name by which it will be called: 'The LORD is our righteousness.' | 16 അന്നാളിൽ യെഹൂദാ രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടും; യെരൂശലേം നിർഭയമായ്‍വസിക്കും; അതിന്നു യഹോവ നമ്മുടെ നീതി എന്നു പേർ പറയും. | 16 उन दिनोंमें यहूदा बचा रहेगा और यरूशलेम निडर बसा रहेगा; और उसका नाम यह रखा जाएगा अय्रात् यहोवा हमारी धामिर्कता। |
| 17 "For thus says the LORD: David shall never lack a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel, | 17 യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: യിസ്രായേൽ ഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിപ്പാൻ ദാവീദിന്നു ഒരു പുരുഷൻ ഇല്ലാതെ വരികയില്ല. | 17 यहोवा योंकहता है, दाऊद के कुल में इस्राएल के घराने की गद्दी पर विराजनेवाले सदैव बने रहेंगे, |
| 18 and the Levitical priests shall never lack a man in my presence to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings, and to make sacrifices forever." | 18 ദിനംപ്രതി ഹോമയാഗം കഴിപ്പാനും ഭോജനയാഗം ദഹിപ്പിപ്പാനും ഹനനയാഗം അർപ്പിപ്പാനും എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ ലേവ്യ പുരോഹിതന്മാർക്കു ഒരു പുരുഷൻ ഇല്ലാതെ വരികയുമില്ല. | 18 और लेवीय याजकोंके कुलोंमें प्रतिदिन मेरे लिथे होमबलि चढ़ानेवाले और अन्नबलि जलानेवाले और मेलबलि चढ़ानेवाले सदैव बने रहेंगे। |
| 19 The word of the LORD came to Jeremiah: | 19 യിരെമ്യാവിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു ഉണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ: | 19 फिर यहोवा का यह वचन यिर्मयाह के पास पहुंचा, यहोवा योंकहता है, |
| 20 "Thus says the LORD: If you can break my covenant with the day and my covenant with the night, so that day and night will not come at their appointed time, | 20 യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: തക്കസമയത്തു പകലും രാവും ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം പകലിനോടുള്ള എന്റെ നിയമവും രാത്രിയോടുള്ള എന്റെ നിയമവും ദുർബ്ബലമാക്കുവാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു കഴിയുമെങ്കിൽ, | 20 मैं ने दिन और रात के विषय में जो वाचा बान्धी है, जब तुम उसको ऐसा तोड़ सको कि दिन और रात अपके अपके समय में न हों, |

| 22 As the host of heaven cannot be numbered and the sands of the sea cannot be measured, so I will multiply the offspring of David my servant, and the Levitical priests who minister to me." | 22 ആകാശത്തിലെ സൈന്യത്തെ എണ്ണുവാനും കടല്പുറത്തെ മണൽ അളക്കുവാനും കഴിയാത്തതുപോലെ ഞാൻ എന്റെ ദാസനായ ദാവീദിന്റെ സന്തതിയെയും എന്റെ ശുശ്രൂഷകന്മാരായ ലേവ്യരെയും വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കും. | 22 जैसा आकाश की सेना की गिनती और समुद्र की बालू के किनकोंका परिमाण नहीं हो सकता है उसी प्रकार मैं अपके दास दाऊद के वंश और अपके सेवक लेवियोंको बढ़ाकर अनगिनित कर दूंगा। |
| 23 The word of the LORD came to Jeremiah: | 23 യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു യിരെമ്യാവിന്നുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ: | 23 यहोवा का यह वचन यिर्मयाह के पास पहुचा, क्या तू ने नहीं देखा |
| 24 "Have you not observed that these people are saying, 'The LORD has rejected the two clans that he chose'? Thus they have despised my people so that they are no longer a nation in their sight. | 24 യഹോവ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന രണ്ടു വംശങ്ങളെയും അവൻ തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞു എന്നു ഈ ജനം പറയുന്നതു നീ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുന്നില്ലയോ? ഇങ്ങനെ അവൻ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ അതു ഇനി ഒരു ജാതിയല്ല എന്നു ദുഷിച്ചു പറയുന്നു. | 24 कि थे लोग क्या कहते हैं, कि, जो दो कुल यहोवा ने चुन लिए थे उन दोनोंसे उस ने अब हाथ उठाया है? यह कहकर कि थे मेरी प्रजा को तुच्छ जानते हैं और कि यह जाति उनकी दृष्टि में गिर गई है। |

| 26 then I will reject the offspring of Jacob and David my servant and will not choose one of his offspring to rule over the offspring of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will restore their fortunes and will have mercy on them." | 26 ഞാൻ യാക്കോബിന്റെയും എന്റെ ദാസനായ ദാവീദിന്റെയും സന്തതിയെ അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെയും യിസ്ഹാക്കിന്റെയും യാക്കോബിന്റെയും സന്തതിക്കു അധിപതിമാരായിരിപ്പാൻ അവന്റെ സന്തതിയിൽ നിന്നു ഒരാളെ എടുക്കാതവണ്ണം തള്ളിക്കളയും. അവരുടെ പ്രവാസികളെ ഞാൻ മടക്കിവരുത്തുകയും അവർക്കു കരുണകാണിക്കയും ചെയ്യും. | 26 तब ही मैं याकूब के वंश से हाथ उठाऊंगा।,और इब्राहीम, इसहाक और याकूब के वंश पर प्रभुता करने के लिथे अपके दास दाऊद के वंश में से किसी को फिर न ठहराऊंगा। परन्तु इसके विपक्कीत मैं उन पर दया करके उनको बंधुआई से लौटा लाऊंगा। |
