| 1 Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, | 1 അതുകൊണ്ടു നിർജ്ജീവപ്രവൃത്തികളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള മാനസാന്തരം, ദൈവത്തിങ്കലെ വിശ്വാസം, സ്നാനങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഉപദേശം, കൈവെപ്പു, മരിച്ചവരുടെ പുനരുത്ഥാനം, | 1 इसलिथे आओ मसीह की शिझा की आरम्भ की बातोंको छोड़कर, हम सिद्धता की ओर बढ़ते जाएं, और मरे हुए कामोंसे मन फिराने, और परमेश्वर पर विश्वास करने। |
| 2 and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. | 2 നിത്യശിക്ഷാവിധി എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള അടിസ്ഥാനം പിന്നെയും ഇടാതെ നാം ക്രിസ്തുവിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ആദ്യവചനം വിട്ടു പരിജ്ഞാനപൂർത്തി പ്രാപിപ്പാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുക. | 2 और बपतिस्क़ोंऔर हाथ रखने, और मरे हुओं के जी उठने, और अन्तिम न्याय की शिझारूपी नेव, फिर से न डालें। |
| 3 And this we will do if God permits. | 3 ദൈവം അനുവദിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം നാം അതു ചെയ്യും. | 3 और यदि परमेश्वर चाहे, तो हम यहीं करेंगे। |
| 4 For it is impossible to restore again to repentance those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have shared in the Holy Spirit, | 4 ഒരിക്കൽ പ്രകാശനം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടു സ്വർഗ്ഗീയദാനം ആസ്വദിക്കയും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനെ പ്രാപിക്കയും | 4 क्योंकि जिन्होंने एक बार ज्योति पाई है, जो स्वर्गीय वरदान का स्वाद चख चुके हैं और पवित्र आत्क़ा के भागी हो गए हैं। |
| 5 and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, | 5 ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നല്ല വചനവും വരുവാനുള്ള ലോകത്തിന്റെ ശക്തിയും ആസ്വദിക്കയും ചെയ്തവർ പിന്മാറിപ്പോയാൽ | 5 और परमेश्वर के उत्तम वचन का और आनेवाले युग की सामर्योंका स्वाद चख चुके हैं। |
| 6 if they then fall away, since they are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt. | 6 തങ്ങൾക്കു തന്നേ ദൈവപുത്രനെ വീണ്ടും ക്രൂശിക്കുന്നവരും അവന്നു ലോകാപവാദം വരുത്തുന്നവരും ആകകൊണ്ടു അവരെ പിന്നെയും മാനസാന്തരത്തിലേക്കു പുതുക്കുവാൻ കഴിവുള്ളതല്ല. | 6 यदि वे भटक जाएं; तो उन्हें मन फिराव के लिथे फिर नया बनाना अन्होना है; क्योंकि वे परमेश्वर के पुत्र को अपके लिथे फिर क्रूस पर चढ़ाते हैं और प्रगट में। उस पर कलंक लगाते हैं। |
| 7 For land that has drunk the rain that often falls on it, and produces a crop useful to those for whose sake it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God. | 7 പലപ്പോഴും പെയ്ത മഴ കുടിച്ചിട്ടു ഭൂമി കൃഷി ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്കു ഹിതമായ സസ്യാദികളെ വിളയിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു. | 7 क्योंकि जो भूमि वर्षा के पानी को जो उस पर बार बार पड़ता है, पी पीकर जिन लोगोंके लिथे वह जोती-बोई जाती है, उन के काम का साग-पात उपजाती है, वह परमेश्वर से आशीष पाती है। |
| 8 But if it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and near to being cursed, and its end is to be burned. | 8 മുള്ളും ഞെരിഞ്ഞിലും മുളെപ്പിച്ചാലോ അതു കൊള്ളരുതാത്തതും ശാപത്തിന്നു അടുത്തതും ആകുന്നു; ചുട്ടുകളക അത്രേ അതിന്റെ അവസാനം. | 8 पर यदि वह फाड़ी और ऊंटकटारे उगाती है, तो निकम्मी और स्रापित होने पर है, और उसका अन्त जलाया जाना है।। |
| 9 Though we speak in this way, yet in your case, beloved, we feel sure of better things--things that belong to salvation. | 9 എന്നാൽ പ്രിയമുള്ളവരേ, ഞങ്ങൾ ഇങ്ങനെ സംസാരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിലും നിങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു ശുഭമേറിയതും രക്ഷെക്കു ഉതകുന്നതും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു. | 9 पर हे प्रियो यद्यपि हम थे बातें कहते हैं तौभी तुम्हारे विषय में हम इस से अच्छा और उद्धारवाली बातोंका भरोसा करते हैं। |
| 10 For God is not so unjust as to overlook your work and the love that you showed for his sake in serving the saints, as you still do. | 10 ദൈവം നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയും വിശുദ്ധന്മാരെ ശുശ്രൂഷിച്ചതിനാലും ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കുന്നതിനാലും തന്റെ നാമത്തോടു കാണിച്ച സ്നേഹവും മറന്നുകളവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അനീതിയുള്ളവനല്ല. | 10 क्योंकि परमेश्वर अन्यायी नहीं, कि तुम्हारे काम, और उस प्रेम को भूल जाए, जो तुम ने उनके नाम के लिथे इस रीति से दिखाया, कि पवित्र लोगोंकी सेवा की, और कर रहे हो। |
| 11 And we desire each one of you to show the same earnestness to have the full assurance of hope until the end, | 11 എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങൾ ഓരോരുത്തൻ പ്രത്യാശയുടെ പൂർണ്ണനിശ്ചയം പ്രാപിപ്പാൻ അവസാനത്തോളം ഒരുപോലെ ഉത്സാഹം കാണിക്കേണമെന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. | 11 पर हम बहुत चाहते हैं, कि तुम में से हर एक जन अन्त तक पूरी आशा के लिथे ऐसा ही प्रयत्न करता रहे। |
| 12 so that you may not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. | 12 അങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങൾ മന്ദതയുള്ളവരാകാതെ വിശ്വാസത്താലും ദീർഘക്ഷമയാലും വാഗ്ദത്തങ്ങളെ അവകാശമാക്കുന്നവരുടെ അനുകാരികളായിത്തീരും. | 12 ताकि तुम आलसी न हो जाओ; बरन उन का अनुकरण करो, जो विश्वास और धीरज के द्वारा प्रतिज्ञाओं के वारिस होते हैं। |
| 13 For when God made a promise to Abraham, since he had no one greater by whom to swear, he swore by himself, | 13 ദൈവം അബ്രാഹാമിനോടു വാഗ്ദത്തം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ തന്നെക്കാൾ വലിയവനെക്കൊണ്ടു സത്യം ചെയ്‍വാൻ ഇല്ലാഞ്ഞിട്ടു തന്നെക്കൊണ്ടു തന്നേ സത്യം ചെയ്തു: | 13 और परमेश्वर ने इब्राहीम को प्रतिज्ञा देते समय जब कि शपय खाने के लिथे किसी को अपके से बड़ा न पाया, तो अपक्की ही शपय खाकर कहा। |
| 14 saying, "Surely I will bless you and multiply you." | 14 “ഞാൻ നിന്നെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കയും നിന്നെ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്യും” എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു. | 14 कि मैं सचमुच तुझे बहुत आशीष दूंगा, और तेरी सन्तान को बढ़ाता जाऊंगा। |
| 15 And thus Abraham, having patiently waited, obtained the promise. | 15 അങ്ങനെ അവൻ ദീർഘക്ഷമയൊടിരുന്നു വാഗ്ദത്തവിഷയം പ്രാപിച്ചു. | 15 और इस रीति से उस ने धीरज धरकर प्रतिज्ञा की हुई बात प्राप्त की। |
| 16 For people swear by something greater than themselves, and in all their disputes an oath is final for confirmation. | 16 തങ്ങളെക്കാൾ വലിയവനെക്കൊണ്ടല്ലോ മനുഷ്യർ സത്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതു; ആണ അവർക്കു ഉറപ്പിന്നായി സകലവാദത്തിന്റെയും തീർച്ചയാകുന്നു. | 16 मनुष्य तो अपके से किसी बड़े की शपय खाया करते हैं और उन के हर एक विवाद का फैसला शपय से प?ा होता है। |
| 17 So when God desired to show more convincingly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable character of his purpose, he guaranteed it with an oath, | 17 അതുകൊണ്ടു ദൈവം വാഗ്ദത്തത്തിന്റെ അവകാശികൾക്കു തന്റെ ആലോചന മാറാത്തതു എന്നു അധികം സ്പഷ്ടമായി കാണിപ്പാൻ ഇച്ഛിച്ചു ഒരു ആണയാലും ഉറപ്പുകൊടുത്തു. | 17 इसलिथे जब परमेश्वर ने प्रतिज्ञा के वारिसोंपर और भी साफ रीति से प्रगट करना चाहा, कि उसकी मनसा बदल नहीं सकती तो शपय को बीच में लाया। |
| 18 so that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to hold fast to the hope set before us. | 18 അങ്ങനെ നമ്മുടെ മുമ്പിൽ വെച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പ്രത്യാശ പിടിച്ചുകൊൾവാൻ ശരണത്തിന്നായി ഓടിവന്ന നാം മാറിപ്പോകാത്തതും ദൈവത്തിന്നു ഭോഷ്കുപറവാൻ കഴിയാത്തതുമായ രണ്ടു കാര്യങ്ങളാൽ ശക്തിയുള്ള പ്രബോധനം പ്രാപിപ്പാൻ ഇടവരുന്നു. | 18 ताकि दो बे-बदल बातोंके द्वारा जिन के विषय में परमेश्वर का फूठा ठहरना अन्होना है, हमारा दृढ़ता से ढाढ़स बन्ध जाए, जो शरण लेने को इसलिथे दौड़े है, कि उस आशा को जो साम्हने रखी हुई है प्राप्त करें। |
| 19 We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain, | 19 ആ പ്രത്യാശ നമുക്കു ആത്മാവിന്റെ ഒരു നങ്കൂരം തന്നേ; അതു നിശ്ചയവും സ്ഥിരവും തിരശ്ശീലെക്കകത്തേക്കു കടക്കുന്നതുമാകുന്നു. | 19 वह आशा हमारे प्राण के लिथे ऐसा लंगर है जो स्यिर और दृढ़ है, और परदे के भीतर तक पहुंचता है। |
| 20 where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf, having become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. | 20 അവിടേക്കു യേശു മൽക്കീസേദെക്കിന്റെ ക്രമപ്രകാരം എന്നേക്കും മഹാപുരോഹിതനായി മുമ്പുകൂട്ടി നമുക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രവേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. | 20 जहां यीशु मलिकिसिदक की रीति पर सदा काल का महाथाजक बनकर, हमारे लिथे अगुआ की रीति पर प्रवेश हुआ है।। |
