| 5 And the people of Israel said, "Which of all the tribes of Israel did not come up in the assembly to the LORD?" | 6 And the people of Israel had compassion for Benjamin their brother and said, "One tribe is cut off from Israel this day. | 6 എന്നാൽ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ ബെന്യാമീന്യരെക്കുറിച്ചു അനുതപിച്ചു: ഇന്നു യിസ്രായേലിൽനിന്നു ഒരു ഗോത്രം അറ്റുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു. | 6 तब इस्राएली अपके भाई बिन्यामीन के विषय में यह कहकर पछताने लगे, कि आज इस्राएल में से एक गोत्र कट गया है। |

| 8 And they said, "What one is there of the tribes of Israel that did not come up to the LORD to Mizpah?" And behold, no one had come to the camp from Jabesh-gilead, to the assembly. | 8 യിസ്രായേൽഗോത്രങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു മിസ്പയിൽ യഹോവയുടെ അടുക്കൽ വരാതെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടോ എന്നു അവർ അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഗിലെയാദിലെ യാബേശിൽ നിന്നു ആരും പാളയത്തിൽ സഭെക്കു വന്നിട്ടില്ല എന്നു കണ്ടു. | 8 जब उन्होंने यह पूछा, कि इस्राएल के गोत्रोंमें से कौन है जो मिस्पा को यहोवा के पास न आया या? तब यह मालूम हुआ, कि गिलादी यावेश से कोई छावनी में सभा को न आया या। |
| 9 For when the people were mustered, behold, not one of the inhabitants of Jabesh-gilead was there. | 9 ജനത്തെ എണ്ണിനോക്കിയാറെ ഗിലെയാദിലെ യാബേശ് നിവാസികളിൽ ആരും അവിടെ ഇല്ല എന്നു കണ്ടു. | 9 अर्यात् जब लोगोंकी गिनती की गई, तब यह जाना गया कि गिलादी यावेश के निवासियोंमें से कोई यहां नहीं है। |

| 14 And Benjamin returned at that time. | 16 Then the elders of the congregation said, "What shall we do for wives for those who are left, since the women are destroyed out of Benjamin?" | 16 ശേഷിച്ചവർക്കു സ്ത്രീകളെ കിട്ടേണ്ടതിന്നു നാം എന്തു ചെയ്യേണ്ടു? ബെന്യാമീൻ ഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു സ്ത്രീകൾ അറ്റുപോയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ എന്നു സഭയിലെ മൂപ്പന്മാർ പറഞ്ഞു. | 16 तब मण्डली के वृद्ध गोत्रोंने कहा, कि बिन्यामीनी स्त्रियां जो नाश हुई हैं, तो बचे हुए पुरूषोंके लिथे स्त्री पाने का हम क्या उपाय करें? |
| 17 And they said, "There must be an inheritance for the survivors of Benjamin, that a tribe not be blotted out from Israel. | 17 യിസ്രായേലിൽനിന്നു ഒരു ഗോത്രം നശിച്ചു പോകാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ബെന്യാമീന്യരിൽ രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടവർക്കു അവരുടെ അവകാശം നിൽക്കേണം. | 17 फिर उन्होंने कहा, बचे हुए बिन्यामीनियोंके लिथे कोई भाग चाहिथे, ऐसा न हो कि इस्राएल में से एक गोत्र मिट जाए। |
| 18 Yet we cannot give them wives from our daughters." | 23 And the people of Benjamin did so and took their wives, according to their number, from the dancers whom they carried off. | 24 And the people of Israel departed from there at that time, every man to his tribe and family, and they went out from there every man to his inheritance. | 24 യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളും ആ കാലത്തു അവിടം വിട്ടു ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ ഗോത്രത്തിലേക്കും വീട്ടിലേക്കും പോയി; അങ്ങനെ അവർ അവിടം വിട്ടു ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ അവകാശത്തിലേക്കു ചെന്നു. | 24 उसी समय इस्राएली वहां से चलकर अपके अपके गोत्र और अपके अपके घराने को गए, और वहां से वे अपके अपके निज भाग को गए। |
| 25 In those days there was no king in Israel. Everyone did what was right in his own eyes. | 25 ആ കാലത്തു യിസ്രായേലിൽ രാജാവില്ലായിരുന്നു; ഓരോരുത്തൻ തനിക്കു ബോധിച്ചതുപോലെ നടന്നു. | 25 उन दिनोंमें इस्राएलियोंका कोई राजा न या; जिसको जो ठीक सूफ पड़ता या वही वह करता या।। |
