| 2 Who can utter the mighty deeds of the LORD, or declare all his praise? | 2 യഹോവയുടെ വീര്യപ്രവൃത്തികളെ ആർ വർണ്ണിക്കും? അവന്റെ സ്തുതിയെ ഒക്കെയും ആർ വിവരിക്കും? | 2 यहोवा के पराक्रम के कामोंका वर्णन कौन कर सकता है, न उसका पूरा गुणानुवाद कौन सुना सकता? |
| 3 Blessed are they who observe justice, who do righteousness at all times! | 3 ന്യായത്തെ പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവരും എല്ലായ്പോഴും നീതി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവനും ഭാഗ്യവാന്മാർ. | 3 क्या ही धन्य हैं वे जो न्याय पर चलते, और हर समय धर्म के काम करते हैं! |
| 4 Remember me, O LORD, when you show favor to your people; help me when you save them, | 4 യഹോവേ, നീ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തവരുടെ നന്മ ഞാൻ കാണേണ്ടതിന്നും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ സന്തോഷത്തിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും നിന്റെ അവകാശത്തോടുകൂടെ പുകഴേണ്ടതിന്നും | 4 हे यहोवा, अपक्की प्रजा पर की प्रसन्नता के अनुसार मुझे स्मरण कर, मेरे उद्धार के लिथे मेरी सुधि ले, |
| 5 that I may look upon the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance. | 5 നിന്റെ ജനത്തോടുള്ള കടാക്ഷപ്രകാരം എന്നെ ഓർത്തു, നിന്റെ രക്ഷകൊണ്ടു എന്നെ സന്ദർശിക്കേണമേ. | 5 कि मैं तेरे चुने हुओं का कल्याण देखूं, और तेरी प्रजा के आनन्द में आनन्दित हो जाऊं; और तेरे निज भाग के संग बड़ाई करने पाऊं।। |
| 6 Both we and our fathers have sinned; we have committed iniquity; we have done wickedness. | 6 ഞങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരെപ്പോലെ പാപം ചെയ്തു; ഞങ്ങൾ അകൃത്യവും ദുഷ്ടതയും പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു. | 6 हम ने तो अपके पुरखाओं की नाईं पाप किया है; हम ने कुटिलता की, हम ने दुष्टता की है! |

| 14 But they had a wanton craving in the wilderness, and put God to the test in the desert; | 14 മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു അവർ ഏറ്റവും മോഹിച്ചു; നിർജ്ജനപ്രദേശത്തു അവർ ദൈവത്തെ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു. | 14 उन्होंने जंगल में अति लालसा की और निर्जल स्थान में ईश्वर की पक्कीक्षा की। |
| 15 he gave them what they asked, but sent a wasting disease among them. | 15 അവർ അപേക്ഷിച്ചതു അവൻ അവർക്കുകൊടുത്തു; എങ്കിലും അവരുടെ പ്രാണന്നു ക്ഷയം അയച്ചു. | 15 तब उस ने उन्हें मुंह मांगा वर तो दिया, परन्तु उनके प्राण को सुखा दिया।। |
| 16 When men in the camp were jealous of Moses and Aaron, the holy one of the LORD, | 16 പാളയത്തിൽവെച്ചു അവർ മോശെയോടും യഹോവയുടെ വിശുദ്ധനായ അഹരോനോടും അസൂയപ്പെട്ടു. | 16 उन्होंने छावनी में मूसा के, और यहोवा के पवित्रा जन हारून के विषय में डाह की, |

| 18 Fire also broke out in their company; the flame burned up the wicked. | 18 അവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ തീ കത്തി; അഗ്നിജ്വാല ദുഷ്ടന്മാരെ ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു. | 18 और उनके झुण्ड में आग भड़क उठी; और दुष्ट लोग लौ से भस्म हो गए।। |
| 19 They made a calf in Horeb and worshiped a metal image. | 19 അവർ ഹോരേബിൽവെച്ചു ഒരു കാളക്കുട്ടിയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി; വാർത്തുണ്ടാക്കിയ വിഗ്രഹത്തെ നമസ്കരിച്ചു. | 19 उन्होंने होरब में बछड़ा बनाया, और ढली हुई मूत्ति को दण्डवत् की। |
| 20 They exchanged the glory of God for the image of an ox that eats grass. | 20 ഇങ്ങനെ അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ മഹത്വമായവനെ പുല്ലു തിന്നുന്ന കാളയോടു സദ്രശനാക്കി തീർത്തു. | 20 योंउन्होंने अपक्की महिमा अर्थात् ईश्वर को घास खानेवाले बैल की प्रतिमा से बदल डाला। |
| 21 They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt, | 21 മിസ്രയീമിൽ വലിയ കാര്യങ്ങളും ഹാമിന്റെ ദേശത്തു അത്ഭുതപ്രവൃത്തികളും | 21 वे अपके उद्धारकर्ता ईश्वर को भूल गए, जिस ने मि में बड़े बड़े काम किए थे। |
| 22 wondrous works in the land of Ham, and awesome deeds by the Red Sea. | 22 ചെങ്കടലിങ്കൽ ഭയങ്കരകാര്യങ്ങളും ചെയ്തവനായി തങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവായ ദൈവത്തെ അവർ മറന്നുകളഞ്ഞു. | 22 उस ने तो हाम के देश में आश्चर्यकर्म और लाल समुद्र के तीर पर भयंकर काम किए थे। |
| 23 Therefore he said he would destroy them--had not Moses, his chosen one, stood in the breach before him, to turn away his wrath from destroying them. | 23 ആകയാൽ അവരെ നശിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നു അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു; അവന്റെ വൃതനായ മോശെ കോപത്തെ ശമിപ്പിപ്പാൻ അവന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ പിളർപ്പിൽ നിന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ അവൻ അവരെ നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയുമായിരുന്നു. | 23 इसलिथे उस ने कहा, कि मैं इन्हें सत्यानाश कर डालता यदि मेरा चुना हुआ मूसा जोखिम के स्थान में उनके लिथे खड़ा न होता ताकि मेरी जलजलाहट को ठण्डा करे कहीं ऐसा न हो कि मैं उन्हें नाश कर डालूं।। |
| 24 Then they despised the pleasant land, having no faith in his promise. | 24 അവർ മനോഹരദേശത്തെ നിരസിച്ചു; അവന്റെ വചനത്തെ വിശ്വസിച്ചതുമില്ല. | 24 उन्होंने मनभावने देश को निकम्मा जाना, और उसके वचन की प्रतीति न की। |
| 25 They murmured in their tents, and did not obey the voice of the LORD. | 25 അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ കൂടാരങ്ങളിൽവെച്ചു പിറുപിറുത്തു; യഹോവയുടെ വചനം കേൾക്കാതെയിരുന്നു. | 25 वे अपके तम्बुओं में कुड़कुड़ाए, और यहोवा का कहा न माना। |
| 26 Therefore he raised his hand and swore to them that he would make them fall in the wilderness, | 26 അതുകൊണ്ടു അവൻ: മരുഭൂമിയിൽ അവരെ വീഴിക്കുമെന്നും അവരുടെ സന്തതിയെ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ നശിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നും | 26 तब उस ने उनके विषय में शपथ खाई कि मैं इनको जंगल में नाश करूंगा, |
| 27 and would make their offspring fall among the nations, scattering them among the lands. | 27 അവരെ ദേശങ്ങളിൽ ചിതറിച്ചുകളയുമെന്നും അവർക്കു വിരോധമായി തന്റെ കൈ ഉയർത്തി സത്യംചെയ്തു. | 27 और इनके वंश को अन्यजातियोंके सम्मुख गिरा दूंगा, और देश देश में तितर बितर करूंगा।। |
| 28 Then they yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead; | 28 അനന്തരം അവർ ബാൽപെയോരിനോടു ചേർന്നു; പ്രേതങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള ബലികളെ തിന്നു. | 28 वे पोरवाले बाल देवता को पूजने लगे और मुर्दोंको चढ़ाए हुए पशुओं का मांस खाने लगे। |
| 29 they provoked the LORD to anger with their deeds, and a plague broke out among them. | 29 ഇങ്ങനെ അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ക്രിയകളാൽ അവനെ കോപിപ്പിച്ചു; പെട്ടെന്നു ഒരു ബാധ അവർക്കു തട്ടി. | 29 योंउन्होंने अपके कामोंसे उसको क्रोध दिलाया और मरी उन में फूट पड़ी। |
| 30 Then Phinehas stood up and intervened, and the plague was stayed. | 30 അപ്പോൾ ഫീനെഹാസ് എഴുന്നേറ്റു ശിക്ഷ നടത്തി; ബാധ നിർത്തലാകയും ചെയ്തു. | 30 तब पीहास ने उठकर न्यायदण्ड दिया, जिस से मरी थम गई। |
| 31 And that was counted to him as righteousness from generation to generation forever. | 31 അതു എന്നേക്കും തലമുറതലമുറയായി അവന്നു നീതിയായിഎണ്ണിയിരിക്കുന്നു. | 31 और यह उसके लेखे पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी तक सर्वदा के लिथे धर्म गिना गया।। |
| 32 They angered him at the waters of Meribah, and it went ill with Moses on their account, | 32 മെരീബാവെള്ളത്തിങ്കലും അവർ അവനെ കോപിപ്പിച്ചു; അവരുടെനിമിത്തം മോശെക്കും ദോഷം ഭവിച്ചു. | 32 उन्होंने मरीबा के सोते के पास भी यहोवा का क्रोध भड़काया, और उनके कारण मूसा की हानि हुई; |
| 33 for they made his spirit bitter, and he spoke rashly with his lips. | 33 അവർ അവന്റെ മനസ്സിനെ കോപിപ്പിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടു അവൻ അധരങ്ങളാൽ അവിവേകം സംസാരിച്ചുപോയി. | 33 क्योंकि उन्होंने उसकी आत्मा से बलवा किया, तब मूसा बिन सोचे बोल उठा। |
| 34 They did not destroy the peoples, as the LORD commanded them, | 34 യഹോവ തങ്ങളോടു നശിപ്പിപ്പാൻ കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ അവർ ജാതികളെ നശിപ്പിച്ചില്ല. | 34 जिन लोगोंके विषय यहोवा ने उन्हें आज्ञा दी थी, उनको उन्होंने सत्यानाश न किया, |
| 35 but they mixed with the nations and learned to do as they did. | 35 അവർ ജാതികളോടു ഇടകലർന്നു അവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ പഠിച്ചു. | 35 वरन उन्हीं जातियोंसे हिलमिल गए और उनके व्यवहारोंको सीख लिया; |
| 36 They served their idols, which became a snare to them. | 36 അവരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും സേവിച്ചു; അവ അവർക്കൊരു കണിയായി തീർന്നു. | 36 और उनकी मूत्तियोंकी पूजा करने लगे, और वे उनके लिथे फन्दा बन गई। |
| 37 They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons; | 37 തങ്ങളുടെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും അവർ ഭൂതങ്ങൾക്കു ബലികഴിച്ചു. | 37 वरन उन्होंने अपके बेटे- बेटियोंको पिशाचोंके लिथे बलिदान किया; |
| 38 they poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was polluted with blood. | 38 അവർ കുറ്റമില്ലാത്ത രക്തം, പുത്രീപുത്രന്മാരുടെ രക്തം തന്നേ ചൊരിഞ്ഞു; അവരെ അവർ കനാന്യവിഗ്രഹങ്ങൾക്കു ബലികഴിച്ചു, ദേശം രക്തപാതകംകൊണ്ടു അശുദ്ധമായ്തീർന്നു. | 38 और अपके निर्दोष बेटे- बेटियोंका लोहू बहाथा जिन्हें उन्होंने कनान की मूत्तियोंपर बलि किया, इसलिथे देश खून से अपवित्रा हो गया। |
| 39 Thus they became unclean by their acts, and played the whore in their deeds. | 39 ഇങ്ങനെ അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ക്രിയകളാൽ മലിനപ്പെട്ടു, തങ്ങളുടെ കർമ്മങ്ങളാൽ പരസംഗം ചെയ്തു. | 39 और वे आप अपके कामोंके द्वारा अशुद्ध हो गए, और अपके कार्योंके द्वारा व्यभिचारी भी बन गए।। |
| 40 Then the anger of the LORD was kindled against his people, and he abhorred his heritage; | 40 അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയുടെ കോപം തന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ നേരെ ജ്വലിച്ചു; അവൻ തന്റെ അവകാശത്തെ വെറുത്തു. | 40 तब यहोवा का क्रोध अपक्की प्रजा पर भड़का, और उसको अपके निज भाग से घृणा आई; |
| 41 he gave them into the hand of the nations, so that those who hated them ruled over them. | 41 അവൻ അവരെ ജാതികളുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചു; അവരെ പകെച്ചവർ അവരെ ഭരിച്ചു. | 41 तब उस ने उनको अन्यजातियोंके वश में कर दिया, और उनके बैरियो ने उन पर प्रभुता की। |
| 42 Their enemies oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their power. | 42 അവരുടെ ശത്രുക്കൾ അവരെ ഞെരുക്കി; അവർ അവർക്കു കീഴടങ്ങേണ്ടിവന്നു. | 42 उनके शत्रुओं ने उन पर अन्धेर किया, और वे उनके हाथ तले दब गए। |
| 43 Many times he delivered them, but they were rebellious in their purposes and were brought low through their iniquity. | 43 പലപ്പോഴും അവൻ അവരെ വിടുവിച്ചു; എങ്കിലും അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ആലോചനയാൽ അവനോടു മത്സരിച്ചു; തങ്ങളുടെ അകൃത്യംനിമിത്തം അധോഗതിപ്രാപിച്ചു. | 43 बारम्बार उस ने उन्हें छुड़ाया, परन्तु वे उसके विरूद्ध युक्ति करते गए, और अपके अधर्म के कारण दबते गए। |
| 44 Nevertheless, he looked upon their distress, when he heard their cry. | 44 എന്നാൽ അവരുടെ നിലവിളി കേട്ടപ്പോൾ അവൻ അവരുടെ കഷ്ടതയെ കടാക്ഷിച്ചു. | 44 तौभी जब जब उनका चिल्लाना उसके कान में पड़ा, तब तब उस ने उनके संकट पर दृष्टि की! |
| 45 For their sake he remembered his covenant, and relented according to the abundance of his steadfast love. | 45 അവൻ അവർക്കായി തന്റെ നിയമത്തെ ഓർത്തു; തന്റെ മഹാദയപ്രകാരം അനുതപിച്ചു. | 45 और उनके हित अपक्की वाचा को स्मरण करके अपक्की अपार करूणा के अनुसार तरस खाया, |
| 46 He caused them to be pitied by all those who held them captive. | 46 അവരെ ബദ്ധരാക്കി കൊണ്ടുപോയവർക്കെല്ലാം അവരോടു കനിവു തോന്നുമാറാക്കി. | 46 औश्र जो उन्हें बन्धुए करके ले गए थे उन सब से उन पर दया कराई।। |
| 47 Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise. | 47 ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, ഞങ്ങളെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്‍വാനും നിന്റെ സ്തുതിയിൽ പ്രശംസിപ്പാനും ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു ഞങ്ങളെ ശേഖരിക്കേണമേ. | 47 हे हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा, हमारा उद्धार कर, और हमें अन्यजातियोंमें से इकट्ठा कर ले, कि हम तेरे पवित्रा नाम का धन्यवाद करें, और तेरी स्तुति करते हुए तेरे विषय में बड़ाई करें।। |
| 48 Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting! And let all the people say, "Amen!" Praise the LORD! | 48 യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്നും എന്നേക്കും വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ; ജനമെല്ലാം ആമേൻ എന്നു പറയട്ടെ. യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിൻ. | 48 इस्राएल का परमेश्वर यहोवा अनादिकाल से अनन्तकाल तक धन्य है! और सारी प्रजा कहे आमीन! याह की स्तुति करो।। |
