| 1 In the LORD I take refuge; how can you say to my soul, "Flee like a bird to your mountain, | 1 ഞാൻ യഹോവയെ ശരണമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; പക്ഷികളേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ പർവ്വതത്തിലേക്കു പറന്നുപോകുവിൻ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ എന്നോടു പറയുന്നതു എങ്ങനെ? | 1 मेरा भरोसा परमेश्वर पर है; तुम क्योंकि मेरे प्राण से कहते हो कि पक्षी की नाई अपके पहाड़ पर उड़ जा? |
| 2 for behold, the wicked bend the bow; they have fitted their arrow to the string to shoot in the dark at the upright in heart; | 2 ഇതാ, ദുഷ്ടന്മാർ ഹൃദയപരമാർത്ഥികളെ ഇരുട്ടത്തു എയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു വില്ലു കുലെച്ചു അസ്ത്രം ഞാണിന്മേൽ തൊടുക്കുന്നു. | 2 क्योंकि देखो, दुष्ट अपना धनुष चढ़ाते हैं, और अपना तीर धनुष की डोरी पर रखते हैं, कि सीधे मनवालोंपर अन्धिक्कारने में तीर चलाएं। |

| 4 The LORD is in his holy temple; the LORD's throne is in heaven; his eyes see, his eyelids test, the children of man. | 4 യഹോവ തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടു; യഹോവയുടെ സിംഹാസനം സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ ആകുന്നു; അവന്റെ കണ്ണുകൾ ദർശിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ കൺപോളകൾ മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്മാരെ ശോധന ചെയ്യുന്നു. | 4 परमेश्वर अपके पवित्रा भवन में है; परमेश्वर का सिंहासन स्वर्ग में है; उसकी आंखें मनुष्य की सन्तान को नित देखती रहती हैं और उसकी पलकें उनको जांचक्की हैं। |
| 5 The LORD tests the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and the one who loves violence. | 5 യഹോവ നീതിമാനെ ശോധന ചെയ്യുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടനെയും സാഹസപ്രിയനെയും അവന്റെ ഉള്ളം വെറുക്കുന്നു. | 5 यहोवा धर्मीं को परखता है, परन्तु वह उन से जो दुष्ट हैं और उपद्रव से प्रीति रखते हैं अपक्की आत्मा में घृणा करता है। |
| 6 Let him rain coals on the wicked; fire and sulfur and a scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup. | 6 ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെമേൽ അവൻ കണികളെ വർഷിപ്പിക്കും; തീയും ഗന്ധകവും ഉഷ്ണക്കാറ്റും അവരുടെ പാനപാത്രത്തിലെ ഓഹരിയായിരിക്കും. | 6 वह दुष्टोंपर फन्दे बरसाएगा; आग और गन्धक और प्रचण्ड लूह उनके कटोरोंमें बांट दी जाएंगी। |
| 7 For the LORD is righteous; he loves righteous deeds; the upright shall behold his face. | 7 യഹോവ നീതിമാൻ; അവൻ നീതിയെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നു; നേരുള്ളവർ അവന്റെ മുഖം കാണും. | 7 क्योंकि यहोवा धर्मी है, वह धर्म के ही कामोंसे प्रसन्न रहता है; धर्मीजन उसका दर्शन पाएंगे।। |
