| 37 "For every head is shaved and every beard cut off. On all the hands are gashes, and around the waist is sackcloth. | 37 എല്ലാ തലയും കഷണ്ടിയായും എല്ലാതാടിയും കത്രിച്ചും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; എല്ലാകൈകളിന്മേലും മുറിവും അരകളിൽ രട്ടും കാണുന്നു. | 37 क्योंकि सब के सिर मुंड़े गए और सब की दाढिय़ां नोची गई; सब के हाथ चीरे हुए, और सब की कमरोंमें टाट बन्धा हुआ है। |
| 38 On all the housetops of Moab and in the squares there is nothing but lamentation, for I have broken Moab like a vessel for which no one cares, declares the LORD. | 38 ഇഷ്ടമില്ലാത്ത പാത്രത്തെപ്പോലെ ഞാൻ മോവാബിനെ ഉടെച്ചുകളഞ്ഞിരിക്കയാൽ മോവാബിലെ എല്ലാ പുരമുകളുകളിലും അതിന്റെ തെരുക്കളിൽ എല്ലാടവും വിലാപം എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 38 मोआब के सब घरोंकी छतोंपर और सब चौंकोंमें रोना पीटना हो रहा है; क्योंकि मैं ने मोआब को तुच्छ बरतन की नाई तोड़ डाला है यहोवा की यह वाणी है। |
| 39 How it is broken! How they wail! How Moab has turned his back in shame! So Moab has become a derision and a horror to all that are around him." | 39 അതു എങ്ങനെ ഉടഞ്ഞുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു! മുറയിടുവിൻ! മോവാബ് എങ്ങനെ ലജ്ജിച്ചു പുറന്തിരിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു! അങ്ങനെ മോവാബ് തന്റെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ളവർക്കൊക്കെയും പരിഹാസത്തിന്നും സ്തംഭനത്തിന്നും വിഷയമായ്തീരും. | 39 मोआब कैसे विस्मित हो गया ! हाथ, हाथ, करो ! क्योंकि उस ने कैसे लज्जित होकर पीठ फेरी है ! इस प्रकार मोआब के चारोंओर के सब रहनेवाले उसका ठट्ठा करेंगे और विस्मित हो जाएंगे। |
| 40 For thus says the LORD: "Behold, one shall fly swiftly like an eagle and spread his wings against Moab; | 40 യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: അവൻ കഴുകനെപ്പോലെ പറന്നു മോവാബിന്മേൽ ചിറകു വിടർക്കും. | 40 क्योंकि यहोवा योंकहता है, देखो, वह उकाब सा उड़ेगा और मोआब के ऊपर अपके पंख फैलाएगा। |
| 41 the cities shall be taken and the strongholds seized. The heart of the warriors of Moab shall be in that day like the heart of a woman in her birth pains; | 41 കെരീയോത്ത് പിടിക്കപ്പെട്ടു; ദുർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ കീഴടങ്ങിപ്പോയി; അന്നാളിൽ മോവാബിലെ വീരന്മാരുടെ ഹൃദയം നോവുകിട്ടിയ സ്ത്രീയുടെ ഹൃദയംപോലെയാകും. | 41 करिय्योत ले लिया गया, और गढ़वाले नगर दूसरोंके वश में पड़ गए। उस दिन मोआबी वीरोंके मन जच्चा स्त्री के से हो जाएंगे; |
| 42 Moab shall be destroyed and be no longer a people, because he magnified himself against the LORD. | 42 യഹോവയുടെ നേരെ വമ്പുകാണിക്കയാൽ മോവാബ് ഒരു ജാതിയായിരിക്കാതവണ്ണം നശിച്ചു പോകും. | 42 और मोआब ऐसा तितर-बितर हो जाएगा कि उसका दल टूट जाएगा, क्योंकि उस ने यहोवा के विरुद्व बड़ाई मारी है। |
| 43 Terror, pit, and snare are before you, O inhabitant of Moab! declares the LORD. | 43 മോവാബ് നിവാസിയേ, പേടിയും കുഴിയും കണിയും നിനക്കു വരും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 43 यहोवा की यह वाणी है कि हे मोआब के रहनेवाले, तेरे लिथे भय और गड़हा और फन्दे ठहराए गए हैं। |
| 44 He who flees from the terror shall fall into the pit, and he who climbs out of the pit shall be caught in the snare. For I will bring these things upon Moab, the year of their punishment, declares the LORD. | 44 പേടി ഒഴിഞ്ഞോടുന്നവൻ കുഴിയിൽ വീഴും; കുഴിയിൽനിന്നു കയറുന്നവൻ കണിയിൽ അകപ്പെടും; ഞാൻ അതിന്നു, മോവാബിന്നു തന്നേ, അവരുടെ സന്ദർശനകാലം വരുത്തും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 44 जो कोई भय से भागे वह गड़हे में गिरेगा, और जो कोई गड़हे में से निकले, वह फन्दे में फंसेगा। क्योंकि मैं मोआब के रण्ड का दिन उस पर ले आऊंगा, यहोवा की यही वाणी है। |
| 45 "In the shadow of Heshbon fugitives stop without strength, for fire came out from Heshbon, flame from the house of Sihon; it has destroyed the forehead of Moab, the crown of the sons of tumult. | 45 ഓടിപ്പോയവർ ബലമില്ലാതെ ഹെശ്ബോന്റെ നിഴലിൽ നില്ക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ഹെശ്ബോനിൽനിന്നു തീയും സീഹോന്റെ നടുവിൽനിന്നു ജ്വാലയും പുറപ്പെട്ടു മോവാബിന്റെ ചെന്നിയും തുമുലപുത്രന്മാരുടെ നെറുകയും ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും. | 45 जो भागे हुए हैं वह हेशबोन में शरण लेकर खड़े हो गए हैं; परन्तु हेशबोन से आग और सीहोन के बीच से लौ निकली, जिस से मोआब देश के कोने और बलवैयोंके चोण्डे भस्म हो गए हैं। |
| 46 Woe to you, O Moab! The people of Chemosh are undone, for your sons have been taken captive, and your daughters into captivity. | 46 മോവാബേ, നിനക്കു ഹാ കഷ്ടം! കെമോശിന്റെ ജനം നശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെ ബദ്ധന്മാരായും നിന്റെ പുത്രിമാരെ പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കും കൊണ്ടുപോയിരുന്നു. | 46 हे मोआब तुझ पर हाथ ! कमोश की प्रजा नाश हो गई; क्योंकि तेरे स्त्री-पुरुष दोनोंबंधुआई में गए हैं। |
| 47 Yet I will restore the fortunes of Moab in the latter days, declares the LORD." Thus far is the judgment on Moab. | 47 എങ്കിലും ഒടുക്കം ഞാൻ മോവാബിന്റെ പ്രവാസം മാറ്റും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. ഇത്രത്തോളമാകുന്നു മോവാബിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ന്യായവിധി. | 47 तौभी यहोवा की यह वाणी है, कि अन्त के दिनोंमें मैं मोआब को बंधुआई से लौटा ले आऊंगा। मोआब के दण्ड का वचन यहीं तक हुआ। |
