| 2 "And now I will show you the truth. Behold, three more kings shall arise in Persia, and a fourth shall be far richer than all of them. | 3 Then a mighty king shall arise, who shall rule with great dominion and do as he wills. | 3 പിന്നെ വിക്രമനായൊരു രാജാവു എഴുന്നേല്ക്കും; അവൻ വലിയ അധികാരത്തോടെ വാണു ഇഷ്ടംപോലെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും. | 3 उसके बाद एक पराक्रमी राजा उठकर अपना राज्य बहुत बढ़ाएगा, और अपक्की इच्छा के अनुसार ही काम किया करेगा। |
| 4 And as soon as he has arisen, his kingdom shall be broken and divided toward the four winds of heaven, but not to his posterity, nor according to the authority with which he ruled, for his kingdom shall be plucked up and go to others besides these. | 4 അവൻ നില്ക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നേ, അവന്റെ രാജ്യം തകർന്നു, ആകാശത്തിലെ നാലു കാറ്റിലേക്കും ഭേദിച്ചു പോകും; അതു അവന്റെ സന്തതിക്കല്ല അവൻ വാണിരുന്ന അധികാരംപോലയുമല്ല അവന്റെ രാജത്വം നിർമ്മൂലമായി അവർക്കല്ല അന്യർക്കു അധീനമാകും. | 4 और जब वह बड़ा होगा, तब उसका राज्य टूटेगा और चारोंदिशाओं में बटकर अलग अलग हो जाएगा; और न तो उसके राज्य की शक्ति ज्योंकी त्योंरहेगी और न उसके वंश को कुछ मिलेगा; क्योंकि उसका राज्य उखड़कर, उनकी अपेझा और लोगोंको प्राप्त होगा।। |
| 5 "Then the king of the south shall be strong, but one of his princes shall be stronger than he and shall rule, and his authority shall be a great authority. | 5 എന്നാൽ തെക്കെ ദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവു പ്രാബല്യം പ്രാപിക്കും; അവന്റെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരിൽ ഒരുത്തൻ അവനെക്കാൾ പ്രബലനായി വാഴും; അവന്റെ ആധിപത്യം മഹാധിപത്യമായ്തീരും. | 5 तब दक्खिन देश का राजा बल पकड़ेगा; परन्तु उसका एक हाकिम उस से अधिक बल पकड़कर प्रभुता करेगा; यहां तक कि उसकी प्रभुता बड़ी हो जाएगी। |
| 6 After some years they shall make an alliance, and the daughter of the king of the south shall come to the king of the north to make an agreement. But she shall not retain the strength of her arm, and he and his arm shall not endure, but she shall be given up, and her attendants, he who fathered her, and he who supported her in those times. | 6 കുറെക്കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു അവർ തമ്മിൽ ഏകോപിക്കും; തെക്കെ ദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവിന്റെ മകൾ വടക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്‍വാൻ വരും; എങ്കിലും അതു നിൽക്കയില്ല; അവനും അവന്റെ സാഹിത്യവും നിലനിൽക്കയുമില്ല; അവളും അവളെ കൊണ്ടുചെന്നവരും അവളുടെ ജനകനും അവളെ തുണെച്ചവനും ഭീതിവിഷയങ്ങളായ്തീരും. | 6 कई वर्षोंके बीतने पर, वे दोनोंआपस में मिलेंगे, और दक्खिन देश के राजा की बेटी उत्तर देश के राजा के पास शान्ति की वाचा बान्धने को आएगी; परन्तु उसका बाहुबल बना न रहेगा, और न वह राजा और न उसका नाम रहेगा; परन्तु वह स्त्री अपके पहुंचानेवालोंऔर अपके पिता और अपके सम्भालनेवालोंसमेत अलग कर दी जाएगी।। |
| 7 "And from a branch from her roots one shall arise in his place. He shall come against the army and enter the fortress of the king of the north, and he shall deal with them and shall prevail. | 7 എന്നാൽ അവന്നു പകരം അവളുടെ വേരിൽനിന്നു മുളെച്ച തൈയായ ഒരുവൻ എഴുന്നേല്ക്കും; അവൻ ബലം പ്രാപിച്ചു വടക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവിന്റെ കോട്ടയിൽ കടന്നു അവരുടെ നേരെ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു ജയിക്കും. | 7 फिर उसकी जड़ोंमें से एक डाल उत्पन्न होकर उसके स्यान में बढ़ेगी; वह सेना समेत उत्तर के राजा के गढ़ में प्रवेश करेगा, ओश्र् उन से युद्ध करके प्रबल होगा। |
| 8 He shall also carry off to Egypt their gods with their metal images and their precious vessels of silver and gold, and for some years he shall refrain from attacking the king of the north. | 8 അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാരെയും ബിംബങ്ങളെയും വെള്ളിയും പൊന്നുംകൊണ്ടുള്ള മനോഹരവസ്തുക്കളെയും അവൻ എടുത്തു മിസ്രയീമിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോകും; പിന്നെ അവൻ കുറെ സംവത്സരത്തോളം വടക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവിനോടു പൊരുതാതിരിക്കും. | 8 तब वह उसके देवताओं की ढली हुई मूरतों, और सोने-चान्दी के मनभाऊ पात्रोंको छीनकर मिस्र में ले जाएगा; इसके बाद वह कुछ वर्ष तक उत्तर देश के राजा के विरूद्ध हाथ रोके रहेगा। |
| 9 Then the latter shall come into the realm of the king of the south but shall return to his own land. | 9 അവൻ തെക്കെ ദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവിന്റെ രാജ്യത്തേക്കു ചെന്നു സ്വദേശത്തേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോരും. | 9 ृतब वह राजा दक्खिन देश के राजा के देश में आएगा, परन्तु फिर अपके देश में लौट जाएगा।। |
| 10 "His sons shall wage war and assemble a multitude of great forces, which shall keep coming and overflow and pass through, and again shall carry the war as far as his fortress. | 10 അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരോ വീണ്ടും യുദ്ധം ആരംഭിക്കയും ബഹുപുരുഷാരം അടങ്ങിയ മഹാസൈന്യങ്ങളെ ശേഖരിക്കയും ചെയ്യും; അതു വന്നു കവിഞ്ഞു കടന്നുപോകും; പിന്നെ അവൻ മടങ്ങിച്ചെന്നു അവന്റെ കോട്ടവരെ യുദ്ധം നടത്തും | 10 उसके पुत्र फगड़ा मचाकर बहुत से बड़े बड़े दल इकट्टे करेंगे, और उपण्डनेवाली नदी की नाईं आकर देश के बीच होकर जाएंगे, फिर लौटते हुए उसके गढ़ तक फगड़ा मचाते जाऐंगे। |
| 11 Then the king of the south, moved with rage, shall come out and fight with the king of the north. And he shall raise a great multitude, but it shall be given into his hand. | 11 അപ്പോൾ തെക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവു ദ്വേഷ്യംപൂണ്ടു പുറപ്പെട്ടു വടക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവിനോടു യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യും; അവൻ വലിയോരു സമൂഹത്തെ അണിനിരത്തും; എന്നാൽ ആ സമൂഹം മറ്റവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിക്കപ്പെടും. | 11 तब दक्खिन देश का राजा चिढ़ेगा, और निकलकर उत्तर देश के उस राजा से युद्ध करेगा, और वह राजा लड़ने के लिथे बड़ी भीड़ इकट्ठी करेगा, परन्तु वह भीड़ उसके हाथ में कर दी जाएगी। |
| 12 And when the multitude is taken away, his heart shall be exalted, and he shall cast down tens of thousands, but he shall not prevail. | 12 ആ ജനസമൂഹം മുടിഞ്ഞുപോകും; അവന്റെ ഹൃദയം ഗർവ്വിച്ചു, അവൻ പതിനായിരം പതിനായിരം പേരെ വീഴുമാറാക്കും; എങ്കിലും അവൻ പ്രാബല്യം പ്രാപിക്കയില്ല. | 12 उस भीड़ को जीत करके उसका मन फूल उठेगा, और वह लाखोंलोगोंको गिराएगा, परन्तु वह प्रबल न होगा। |
| 13 For the king of the north shall again raise a multitude, greater than the first. And after some years he shall come on with a great army and abundant supplies. | 13 വടക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവു മടങ്ങിവന്നു, മുമ്പിലത്തേതിനെക്കാൾ വലിയോരു ജനസമൂഹത്തെ അണിനിരത്തും; ചില സംവത്സരം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു അവൻ വലിയോരു സൈന്യത്തോടും വളരെ സമ്പത്തോടുംകൂടെ പോരും. | 13 क्योंकि उत्तर देश का राजा लौटकर पहिली से भी बड़ी भीड़ इकट्ठी करेगा; और कई दिनोंवरन वर्षोंके बीतने पर वह निश्चय बड़ी सेना और सम्पत्ति लिए हुए आएगा।। |
| 14 "In those times many shall rise against the king of the south, and the violent among your own people shall lift themselves up in order to fulfill the vision, but they shall fail. | 14 ആ കാലത്തു പലരും തെക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവിന്റെ നേരെ എഴുന്നേല്ക്കും; നിന്റെ ജനത്തിലുള്ള അക്രമികൾ ദർശനത്തെ നിവർത്തിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം മത്സരിക്കും; എങ്കിലും അവർ ഇടറിവീഴും. | 14 उन दिनोंमें बहुत से लोग दक्खिन देश के राजा के विरूद्ध उठेंगे; वरन तेरे लोगोंमें से भी बलात्कारी लोग उठ खड़े होंगे, जिस से इस दर्शन की बात पूरी हो जाएगी; परन्तु वे ठोकर खाकर गिरेंगे। |
| 15 Then the king of the north shall come and throw up siegeworks and take a well-fortified city. And the forces of the south shall not stand, or even his best troops, for there shall be no strength to stand. | 15 എന്നാൽ വടക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവു വന്നു വാടകോരി ഉറപ്പുള്ള പട്ടണങ്ങളെ പിടിക്കും; തെക്കെപടക്കൂട്ടങ്ങളും അവന്റെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠജനവും ഉറെച്ചുനിൽക്കയില്ല; ഉറെച്ചുനില്പാൻ അവർക്കു ശക്തിയുണ്ടാകയുമില്ല. | 15 तब उत्तर देश का राजा आकर किला बान्धेगा और दृढ़ नगर ले लेगा। और दक्खिन देश के न तो प्रधान खड़े रहेंगे और न बड़े वीर; क्योंकि किसी के खड़े रहने का बल न रहेगा। |
| 16 But he who comes against him shall do as he wills, and none shall stand before him. And he shall stand in the glorious land, with destruction in his hand. | 16 അവന്റെ നേരെ വരുന്നവൻ ഇഷ്ടംപോലെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും. ആരും അവന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നിൽക്കയില്ല; അവൻ മനോഹരദേശത്തു നില്ക്കും; അവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ സംഹാരം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. | 16 तब जो भी उनके विरूद्ध आएगा, वह अपक्की इच्छा पूरी करेगा, और वह हाथ में स्त्यानाश लिए हुए शिरोमणि देश में भी खड़ा होगा और उसका साम्हना करनेवाला कोई न रहेगा। |
| 17 He shall set his face to come with the strength of his whole kingdom, and he shall bring terms of an agreement and perform them. He shall give him the daughter of women to destroy the kingdom, but it shall not stand or be to his advantage. | 17 അവൻ തന്റെ സർവ്വരാജ്യത്തിന്റെയും ശക്തിയോടുകൂടെ വരുവാൻ താല്പര്യം വെക്കും; എന്നാൽ അവൻ അവനോടു ഒരു ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്തു, അവന്നു നാശത്തിന്നായി തന്റെ മകളെ ഭാര്യയായി കൊടുക്കും; എങ്കിലും അവൾ നിൽക്കയില്ല; അവന്നു ഇരിക്കയുമില്ല. | 17 तब वह अपके राज्य के पूर्ण बल समेत, कई सीधे लोगोंको संग लिए हुए आने लगेगा, और अपक्की इच्छा के अनुसार काम किया करेगा। और वह उसको एक स्त्री इसलिथे देगा कि उसका राज्य बिगाडा जाए; परन्तु वह स्यिर न रहेगी, न उस राजा की होगी। |
| 18 Afterward he shall turn his face to the coastlands and shall capture many of them, but a commander shall put an end to his insolence. Indeed, he shall turn his insolence back upon him. | 18 പിന്നെ അവൻ തീരപ്രദേശങ്ങളിലേക്കു മുഖം തിരിച്ചു പലതും പിടിക്കും; എന്നാൽ അവൻ കാണിച്ച നിന്ദ ഒരു അധിപതി നിർത്തലാക്കും; അത്രയുമല്ല, അവന്റെ നിന്ദ അവന്റെമേൽ തന്നേ വരുത്തും. | 18 तब वह द्धीपोंकी ओर मुंह करके बहुतोंको ले लेगा; परन्तु एक सेनापति उसके अहंकार को मिटाएगा; वरन उसके अहंकार के अनुकूल उसे बदला देता। |
| 19 Then he shall turn his face back toward the fortresses of his own land, but he shall stumble and fall, and shall not be found. | 19 പിന്നെ അവൻ സ്വദേശത്തിലെ കോട്ടകളുടെ നേരെ മുഖം തിരിക്കും; എങ്കിലും അവൻ ഇടറിവീണു, ഇല്ലാതെയാകും; | 19 तब वह अपके देश के गढ़ोंकी ओर मुंह फेरेगा, और वह ठोकर खाकर गिरेगा, और कहीं उसका पता न रहेगा। |
| 20 "Then shall arise in his place one who shall send an exactor of tribute for the glory of the kingdom. But within a few days he shall be broken, neither in anger nor in battle. | 20 അവന്നു പകരം എഴുന്നേല്ക്കുന്നവൻ തന്റെ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ മനോഹരഭാഗത്തുകൂടി ഒരു അപഹാരിയെ അയ്യക്കും; എങ്കിലും കുറെ ദിവസത്തിന്നകം അവൻ സംഹരിക്കപ്പെടും. കോപത്താലല്ല, യുദ്ധത്താലുമല്ല. | 20 तब उसके स्यान में कोई ऐसा उठेगा, जो शिरोमणि राज्य में अन्धेर करनेवाले को घुमाएगा; परन्तु योड़े दिन बीतने पर वह क्रोध वा युद्ध किए बिना ही नाश हो जाएगा। |
| 21 In his place shall arise a contemptible person to whom royal majesty has not been given. He shall come in without warning and obtain the kingdom by flatteries. | 21 അവന്നു പകരം നിന്ദ്യനായ ഒരുത്തൻ എഴുന്നേല്ക്കും; അവന്നു അവർ രാജത്വത്തിന്റെ പദവി കൊടുപ്പാൻ വിചാരിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല; എങ്കിലും അവൻ സമാധാനകാലത്തു വന്നു ഉപായത്തോടെ രാജത്വം കൈവശമാക്കും. | 21 उसके स्यान में एक तुच्छ मनुष्य उठेगा, जिसकी राजप्रतिष्ठा पहिले तो न होगी, तौभी वह चैन के समय आकर चिकनी-चुपक्की बातोंके द्वारा राज्य को प्राप्त करेगा। |
| 22 Armies shall be utterly swept away before him and broken, even the prince of the covenant. | 22 പ്രാളയതുല്യമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളും നിയമത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭുവും കൂടെ അവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ പ്രവഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടു തകർന്നുപോകും. | 22 तब उसकी भुजारूपी बाढ़ से लोग, वरन वाचा का प्रधान भी उसके साम्हने से बहकर नाश होंगे। |
| 23 And from the time that an alliance is made with him he shall act deceitfully, and he shall become strong with a small people. | 23 ആരെങ്കിലും അവനോടു സഖ്യത ചെയ്താൽ അവൻ വഞ്ചന പ്രവർത്തിക്കും; അവൻ പുറപ്പെട്ടു അല്പം പടജ്ജനവുമായി വന്നു ജയം പ്രാപിക്കും. | 23 क्योंकि वह उसके संग वाचा बान्धने पर भी छल करेगा, और योड़े ही लोगोंको संग लिए हुए चढ़कर प्रबल होगा। |
| 24 Without warning he shall come into the richest parts of the province, and he shall do what neither his fathers nor his fathers' fathers have done, scattering among them plunder, spoil, and goods. He shall devise plans against strongholds, but only for a time. | 24 അവൻ സമാധാനകാലത്തു തന്നേ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ പുഷ്ടിയേറിയ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ വന്നു, തന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരോ പിതാമഹന്മാരോ ഒരുനാളും ചെയ്യാത്തതു ചെയ്യും; അവൻ കവർച്ചയും കൊള്ളയും സമ്പത്തും അവർക്കു വിതറിക്കൊടുക്കും; അവൻ കോട്ടകളുടെ നേരെ ഉപായം പ്രയോഗിക്കും; എന്നാൽ കുറെക്കാലത്തേക്കേയുള്ളു. | 24 चैन के समय वह प्रान्त के उत्तम से उत्तम स्यानोंपर चढ़ाई करेगा; और जो काम न उसके पुरखा और न उसके पुरखाओं के पुरखा करते थे, उसे वह करेगा; और लूटी हुई धन-सम्पत्ति उन में बहुत बांटा करेगा। वह कुछ काल तक दृढ़ नगरोंके लेने की कल्पना करता रहेगा। |
| 25 And he shall stir up his power and his heart against the king of the south with a great army. And the king of the south shall wage war with an exceedingly great and mighty army, but he shall not stand, for plots shall be devised against him. | 25 അവൻ ഒരു മഹാസൈന്യത്തോടു കൂടെ തെക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവിന്റെ നേരെ തന്റെ ശക്തിയും ധൈര്യവും പ്രയോഗിക്കും; തെക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവും ഏറ്റവും വലിയതും ശക്തിയേറിയതുമായ സൈന്യത്തോടുകൂടെ യുദ്ധത്തിന്നു പുറപ്പെടും; എങ്കിലും അവർ അവന്റെ നേരെ ഉപായം പ്രയോഗിക്കകൊണ്ടു അവൻ ഉറെച്ചു നിൽക്കയില്ല. | 25 तब वह दक्खिन देश के राजा के विरूद्ध बड़ी सेना लिए हुए अपके बल और हियाव को बढ़ाएगा, और दक्खिन देश का राजा अत्यन्त बड़ी सामर्यी सेना लिए हुए युद्ध तो करेगा, परन्तु ठहर न सकेगा, क्योंकि लोग उसके विरूद्ध कल्पना करेंगे। |
| 26 Even those who eat his food shall break him. His army shall be swept away, and many shall fall down slain. | 26 അവന്റെ അന്നംകൊണ്ടു ഉപജീവനം കഴിക്കുന്നവൻ അവനെ നശിപ്പിക്കും; അവന്റെ സൈന്യം ഒഴുകിപ്പേകും; പലരും നിഹതന്മാരായി വീഴും. | 26 उसके भोजन के खानेवाले भी उसको हरवाएंगे; और यघपि उसकी सेना बाढ़ की नाईं चढ़ेंगी, तौभी उसके बहुत से लोग मर मिटेंगे। |
| 27 And as for the two kings, their hearts shall be bent on doing evil. They shall speak lies at the same table, but to no avail, for the end is yet to be at the time appointed. | 27 ഈ രാജാക്കന്മാർ ഇരുവരും ദുഷ്ടത പ്രവർത്തിപ്പാൻ ഭാവിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു ഒരേ മേശയിങ്കൽവെച്ചു ഭോഷ്കു സംസാരിക്കും; എങ്കിലും അതു സാധിക്കയില്ല; നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ട സമയത്തു മാത്രമേ അവസാനം വരികയുള്ളു. | 27 तब उन दोनोंराजाओं के मन बुराई करने में लगेंगे, यहां तक कि वे एक ही मेज पर बैठे हुए आपस में फूठ बोलेंगे, परन्तु इस से कुछ बन न पकेगा; क्योंकि इन सब बातोंका अन्त नियत ही समय में होनेवाला है। |
| 28 And he shall return to his land with great wealth, but his heart shall be set against the holy covenant. And he shall work his will and return to his own land. | 28 പിന്നെ അവൻ വളരെ സമ്പത്തോടുംകൂടെ സ്വദേശത്തേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോകും; അവൻ വിശുദ്ധ നിയമത്തിന്നു വിരോധമായി മനോഗതം വെച്ചു, അതു അനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു സ്വദേശത്തേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോകും. | 28 तब उत्तर देश का राजा बड़ी लूट लिए हुए अपके देश को लौटेगा, और उसका मन पवित्र वाचा के विरूद्ध उभरेगा, और वह अपक्की इच्छ पूरी करके अपके देश को लौट जाएगा।। |
| 29 "At the time appointed he shall return and come into the south, but it shall not be this time as it was before. | 29 നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ട കാലത്തു അവൻ വീണ്ടും തെക്കോട്ടു വരും; എങ്കിലും ഈ പ്രാവശ്യം മുമ്പിലത്തെപ്പോലെ സാദ്ധ്യമാകയില്ല. | 29 नियत समय पर वह फिर दक्खिन देश की ओर जाएगा, परन्तु उस पिछली बार के समान इस बार उसका वश न चलेगा। |
| 30 For ships of Kittim shall come against him, and he shall be afraid and withdraw, and shall turn back and be enraged and take action against the holy covenant. He shall turn back and pay attention to those who forsake the holy covenant. | 30 കിത്തീംകപ്പലുകൾ അവന്റെ നേരെ വരും; അതുകൊണ്ടു അവൻ വ്യസനിച്ചു മടങ്ങിച്ചെന്നു, വിശുദ്ധനിയമത്തിന്നു നേരെ ക്രുദ്ധിച്ചു പ്രവർത്തിക്കും; അവൻ മടങ്ങിച്ചെന്നു വിശുദ്ധനിയമത്തെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവരെ ആദരിച്ചുകൊള്ളും. | 30 क्योंकि कित्तियोंके जहाज उसके विरूद्ध आएंगे, और वह उदास होकर लौटेगा, और पवित्र वाचा पर चिढ़कर अपक्की इच्छा पूरी करेगा। वह लौटकर पवित्र वाचा के तोड़नेवालोंकी सुधि लेगा। |
| 31 Forces from him shall appear and profane the temple and fortress, and shall take away the regular burnt offering. And they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate. | 31 അവൻ അയച്ച സൈന്യങ്ങൾ അണിനിരന്നു, വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരമായ കോട്ടയെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി നിരന്തരഹോമം നിർത്തൽചെയ്തു ശൂന്യമാക്കുന്ന മ്ലേച്ഛബിംബത്തെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കും. | 31 तब उसके सहाथक खड़े होकर, दृढ़ पवित्र स्यान को अपवित्र करेंगे, और नित्य होमबलि को बन्द करेंगे। और वे उस घृणित वस्तु को खड़ा करेंगे जो उजाड़ करा देती है। |
| 32 He shall seduce with flattery those who violate the covenant, but the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action. | 32 നിയമത്തിന്നു വിരോധമായി ദുഷ്ടത പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവരെ അവൻ ഉപായംകൊണ്ടു വഷളാക്കും; എങ്കിലും തങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തെ അറിയുന്ന ജനം ഉറെച്ചുനിന്നു വീര്യം പ്രവർത്തിക്കും. | 32 और जो दुष्ट होकर उस वाचा को तोड़ेंगे, उनको वह चिकनी-चुपक्की बातें कह कहकर भक्तिहीन कर देगा; परन्तु जो लोग अपके परमेश्वर का ज्ञान रखेंगे, वे हियाव बान्धकर बड़े काम करेंगे। |
| 33 And the wise among the people shall make many understand, though for some days they shall stumble by sword and flame, by captivity and plunder. | 33 ജനത്തിൽ ബുദ്ധിമാന്മാരായവർ പലർക്കും ബോധം വരുത്തും; എങ്കിലും കുറെക്കാലത്തേക്കു അവർ വാൾകൊണ്ടും തീകൊണ്ടും പ്രവാസംകൊണ്ടും കവർച്ചകൊണ്ടും വീണുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും; | 33 और लोगोंको सिखानेवाले बुद्धिमान जन बहुतोंको समझाएंगे, तौभी वे बहुत दिन तक तलवार से छिदकर और आग में जलकर, और बंधुए होकर और लुटकर, बड़े दु:ख में पके रहेंगे। |
| 34 When they stumble, they shall receive a little help. And many shall join themselves to them with flattery, | 34 വീഴുമ്പോൾ അവർ അല്പസഹായത്താൽ രക്ഷപ്രാപിക്കും; പലരും കപടഭാവത്തോടെ അവരോടു ചേർന്നുകൊള്ളും. | 34 जब वे दु:ख में पकेंगे तब योड़ा बहुत सम्भलेंगे, परन्तु बहुत से लोग चिकनी-चुपक्की बातें कह कहकर उन से मिल जाएंगे; |
| 35 and some of the wise shall stumble, so that they may be refined, purified, and made white, until the time of the end, for it still awaits the appointed time. | 35 എന്നാൽ അന്ത്യകാലംവരെ അവരിൽ പരിശോധനയും ശുദ്ധീകരണവും നിർമ്മലീകരണവും സാധിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ബുദ്ധിമാന്മാരിൽ ചിലർ വീഴും; നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടകാലത്തു മാത്രം അന്തം വരും. | 35 और सिखानेवालोंमें से कितनें गिरेंगे, और इसलिथे गिरने पाएंगे कि जांचे जाएं, और निर्मल और उजले किए जाएं। यह दशा अन्त के समय तक बनी रहेगी, क्योंकि इन सब बातोंका अन्त नियत समय में होनेवाला है।। |
| 36 "And the king shall do as he wills. He shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak astonishing things against the God of gods. He shall prosper till the indignation is accomplished; for what is decreed shall be done. | 36 രാജാവോ, ഇഷ്ടംപോലെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും; അവൻ തന്നെത്താൻ ഉയർത്തി, ഏതു ദേവന്നും മേലായി മഹത്വീകരിക്കയും ദൈവാധിദൈവത്തിന്റെ നേരെ അപൂർവ്വകാര്യങ്ങളെ സംസാരിക്കയും, കോപം നിവൃത്തിയാകുവോളം അവന്നു സാധിക്കയും ചെയ്യും; നിർണ്ണയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതു സംഭവിക്കുമല്ലോ. | 36 तब वह राजा अपक्की इच्छा के अनुसार काम करेगा, और अपके आप को सारे देवताओं से ऊंचा और बड़ा ठहराएगा; वरन सब देवताओं के परमेश्वर के विरूद्ध भी अनोखी बातें कहेगा। |
| 37 He shall pay no attention to the gods of his fathers, or to the one beloved by women. He shall not pay attention to any other god, for he shall magnify himself above all. | 37 അവൻ എല്ലാറ്റിന്നും മേലായി തന്നെത്താൽ മഹത്വീകരിക്കയാൽ തന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ ദേവന്മാരെയും സ്ത്രീകളുടെ ഇഷ്ടദേവനെയും യാതൊരു ദേവനെയും കൂട്ടാക്കുകയില്ല. | 37 और जब तक परमेश्वर का क्रोध न हो जाए तब तक उस राजा का कार्य सफल होता रहेगा; क्योंकि जो कुछ निश्चय करके ठाना हुआ है वह अवश्य ही पूरा होनेवाला है। |
| 38 He shall honor the god of fortresses instead of these. A god whom his fathers did not know he shall honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and costly gifts. | 38 അതിന്നു പകരം അവൻ കോട്ടകളുടെ ദേവനെ ബഹുമാനിക്കും; അവന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാർ അറിയാത്ത ഒരു ദേവനെ അവൻ പൊന്നു കൊണ്ടും വെള്ളികൊണ്ടും രത്നങ്ങൾകൊണ്ടും മനോഹരവസ്തുക്കൾകൊണ്ടും ബഹുമാനിക്കും. | 38 वह अपके राजपद पर स्यिर रहकर दृढ़ गढ़ोंही के देवता का सम्मान करेगा, एक ऐसे देवता का जिसे उसके पुरखा भी न जानते थे, वह सोना, चान्दी, मणि और मनभावनी वस्तुएं चढ़ाकर उसका सम्मान करेगा। |
| 39 He shall deal with the strongest fortresses with the help of a foreign god. Those who acknowledge him he shall load with honor. He shall make them rulers over many and shall divide the land for a price. | 39 അവൻ ഒരു അന്യദേവന്റെ ജനത്തെ കോട്ടകളുടെ കൊത്തളങ്ങളിന്മേൽ ആക്കിവെക്കും; അവനെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവന്നു അവൻ മഹത്വം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കും; അവൻ അവരെ പലർക്കും അധിപതികളാക്കി ദേശത്തെ പ്രതിഫലമായി വിഭാഗിച്ചുകൊടുക്കും. | 39 उस बिराने देवता के सहारे से वह अति दृढ़ गढ़ोंसे लड़ेगा, और जो कोई उसको माने उसे वह बड़ी प्रतिष्ठा देगा। ऐसे लोगोंको वह बहुतोंके ऊपर प्रभुता देगा, और अपके लाभ के लिए अपके देश की भूमि को बांट देगा।। |
| 40 "At the time of the end, the king of the south shall attack him, but the king of the north shall rush upon him like a whirlwind, with chariots and horsemen, and with many ships. And he shall come into countries and shall overflow and pass through. | 40 പിന്നെ അന്ത്യകാലത്തു തെക്കെദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവു അവനോടു എതിർത്തുമുട്ടും; വടക്കെ ദേശത്തിലെ രാജാവു രഥങ്ങളോടും കുതിരച്ചേവകരോടും വളരെ കപ്പലുകളോടും കൂടെ ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റുപോലെ അവന്റെ നേരെ വരും; അവൻ ദേശങ്ങളിലേക്കു വന്നു കവിഞ്ഞു കടന്നുപോകും; | 40 अन्त के समय दक्खिन देश का राजा उसको सींग मारने लगेगा; परन्तु उत्तर देश का राजा उस पर बवण्डर की नाईं बहुत से रय-सवार और जहाज लेकर चढ़ाई करेगा; इस रीति से वह बहुत से देशोंमें फैल जाएगा, और उन में से निकल जाएगा। |
| 41 He shall come into the glorious land. And tens of thousands shall fall, but these shall be delivered out of his hand: Edom and Moab and the main part of the Ammonites. | 41 അവൻ മനോഹരദേശത്തിലേക്കും കടക്കും; പതിനായിരം പതിനായിരം പേർ ഇടറിവീഴും; എങ്കിലും എദോമും മോവാബും അമ്മോന്യശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാരും അവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു വഴുതിപ്പോകും. | 41 वह शिरोमणि देश में भी आएगा। और बहुत से देश उजड़ जाएंगे, परन्तु ऐदोमी, मोआबी और मुख्य मुख्य अम्मोनी आदि जातियोंके देश उसके हाथ से बच जाएंगे। |
| 42 He shall stretch out his hand against the countries, and the land of Egypt shall not escape. | 42 അവൻ ദേശങ്ങളുടെ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടും; മിസ്രയീംദേശവും ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോകയില്ല. | 42 वह कई देशोंपर हाथ बढ़ाएगा और मिस्र देश भी न बचेगा। |
| 43 He shall become ruler of the treasures of gold and of silver, and all the precious things of Egypt, and the Libyans and the Cushites shall follow in his train. | 43 അവൻ പൊന്നും വെള്ളിയുമായ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങളെയും മിസ്രയീമിലെ മനോഹര വസ്തുക്കളെയും കൈവശമാക്കും; ലൂബ്യരും കൂശ്യരും അവന്റെ അനുചാരികൾ ആയിരിക്കും. | 43 वह मिस्र के सोने चान्दी के खजानोंऔर सब मनभावनी वस्तुओं का स्वामी हो जाएगा; और लूबी और कूशी लोग भी उसके पीछे हो लेंगे। |
| 44 But news from the east and the north shall alarm him, and he shall go out with great fury to destroy and devote many to destruction. | 44 എന്നാൽ കിഴക്കുനിന്നും വടക്കുനിന്നും ഉള്ള വർത്തമാനങ്ങളാൽ അവൻ പരവശനാകും; അങ്ങനെ അവൻ പലരെയും നശിപ്പിച്ചു നിർമ്മൂലനാശം വരുത്തേണ്ടതിന്നു മഹാ ക്രോധത്തോടെ പുറപ്പെടും. പിന്നെ അവൻ സമുദ്രത്തിന്നും മഹത്വമുള്ള വിശുദ്ധപർവ്വതത്തിന്നും മദ്ധ്യേ മണിപ്പന്തൽ ഇടും; അവിടെ അവൻ അന്തരിക്കും; ആരും അവനെ രക്ഷിക്കയുമില്ല. | 44 उसी समय वह पूरब और उत्तर दिशाओं से समाचार सुनकर घबराएगा, और बड़े क्रोध में आकर बहुतोंको सत्यानाश करने के लिथे निकलेगा। |
| 45 And he shall pitch his palatial tents between the sea and the glorious holy mountain. Yet he shall come to his end, with none to help him. | 45 और वह दोनोंसमुद्रोंके बीच पवित्र शिरोमणि पर्वत के पास अपना राजकीय तम्बू खड़ा कराएगा; इतना करने पर भी उसका अन्त जा जाएगा, और कोई उसका सहाथक न रहेगा।। |
