| 1 The word of the LORD that came to Hosea, the son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel. | 1 ഉസ്സീയാവു, യോഥാം ആഹാസ്, ഹിസ്കീയാവു എന്നീ യെഹൂദാരാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ കാലത്തും യിസ്രായേൽരാജാവായി യോവാശിന്റെ മകനായ യൊരോബെയാമിന്റെ കാലത്തും ബെയേരിയുടെ മകനായ ഹോശേയെക്കു ഉണ്ടായ യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു. | 1 यहूदा के राजा उज्जियाह, योताम, आहाज, और हिजकिय्याह के दिनोंमें और इस्राएल के राजा योआश के पुत्र यारोबाम के दिनोंमें, यहोवा का वचन बेरी के पुत्र होशे के पास पहुंचा।। |

| 6 She conceived again and bore a daughter. And the LORD said to him, "Call her name No Mercy, for I will no more have mercy on the house of Israel, to forgive them at all. | 6 അവൾ പിന്നെയും ഗർഭംധരിച്ചു ഒരു മകളെ പ്രസവിച്ചു. യഹോവ അവനോടു: അവൾക്കു ലോരൂഹമാ (കരുണ ലഭിക്കാത്തവൾ) എന്നു പേർ വിളിക്ക; ഞാൻ ഇനി യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തോടു ക്ഷമിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അവരോടു ഒട്ടും കരുണ കാണിക്കയില്ല. | 6 और वह स्त्री फिर गर्भवती हुई और उसके एक बेटी उत्पन्न हुई। तब यहोवा ने होशे से कहा, उसका नाम लोरूहामा रख; क्योंकि मैं इस्राएल के घराने में फिर कभी दया करके उनका अपराध किसी प्रकार से झमा न करूंगा। |
| 7 But I will have mercy on the house of Judah, and I will save them by the LORD their God. I will not save them by bow or by sword or by war or by horses or by horsemen." | 7 എന്നാൽ യെഹൂദാഗൃഹത്തോടു ഞാൻ കരുണ കാണിച്ചു, അവരെ വില്ലുകൊണ്ടോ വാൾകൊണ്ടോ യുദ്ധംകൊണ്ടോ കുതിരകളെക്കൊണ്ടോ കുതിരച്ചേവകരെക്കൊണ്ടോ രക്ഷിക്കാതെ അവരുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെക്കൊണ്ടു അവരെ രക്ഷിക്കും എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു. | 7 परन्तु यहूदा के घराने पर मैं दया करूंगा, और उनका उद्धार करूंगा; उनका उद्धार मैं धनुष वा तलवार वा युद्ध वा घोड़ोंवा सवारोंके द्वारा नहीं, परन्तु उनके परमेश्वर यहोवा के द्वारा करूंगा।। |
| 8 When she had weaned No Mercy, she conceived and bore a son. | 8 അവൾ ലോരൂഹമയെ മുലകുടി മാറ്റിയശേഷം ഗർഭം ധരിച്ചു ഒരു മകനെ പ്രസവിച്ചു. | 8 जब उस स्त्री ने लोरूहामा का दुध छुड़ाया, तब वह गर्भवती हुई और उस से एक पुत्र उत्पन्न हुआ। |
| 9 And the LORD said, "Call his name Not My People, for you are not my people, and I am not your God." | 9 അപ്പോൾ യഹോവ: അവന്നു ലോ-അമ്മീ (എന്റെ ജനമല്ല) എന്നു പേർ വിളിക്ക; നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ജനമല്ല, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ദൈവമായിരിക്കയുമില്ല എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു. | 9 तब यहोवा ने कहा, इसका नाम लोअम्मी रख; क्योंकि तुम लोग मेरी प्रजा नहीं हो, और न मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर रहूंगा।। |
| 10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be like the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or numbered. And in the place where it was said to them, "You are not my people," it shall be said to them, "Children of the living God." | 10 എങ്കിലും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സംഖ്യ അളക്കുവാനും എണ്ണുവാനും കഴിയാത്ത കടൽക്കരയിലെ പൂഴിപോലെ ഇരിക്കും; നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ ജനമല്ല എന്നു അവരോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതിന്നു പകരം നിങ്ങൾ ജീവനുള്ള ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മക്കൾ എന്നു അവരോടു പറയും. | 10 तौभी इस्राएलियोंकी गिनती समुद्र की बालू की सी हो जाएगी, जिनका मापना-गिनना अनहोना है; और जिस स्यान में उन से यह कहा जाता या कि तुम मेरी प्रजा नहीं हो, उसी स्यान में वे जीवित परमेश्वर के पुत्र कहलाएंगे। |
| 11 And the children of Judah and the children of Israel shall be gathered together, and they shall appoint for themselves one head. And they shall go up from the land, for great shall be the day of Jezreel. | 11 യെഹൂദാമക്കളും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളും ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂടി തങ്ങൾക്കു ഒരേ തലവനെ നിയമിച്ചു ദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോകും; യിസ്രെയേലിന്റെ നാൾ വലുതായിരിക്കുമല്ലോ. | 11 तब यहूदी और इस्राएली दोनोंइकट्ठे हो अपना एक प्रधान ठहराकर देश से चले आएंगे; क्योंकि यिज्रेल का दिन प्रसिद्ध होगा। |
