| 3 You shall tear down their altars and dash in pieces their pillars and burn their Asherim with fire. | 5 But you shall seek the place that the LORD your God will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation there. | 15 "However, you may slaughter and eat meat within any of your towns, as much as you desire, according to the blessing of the LORD your God that he has given you. | 18 but you shall eat them before the LORD your God in the place that the LORD your God will choose, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, and the Levite who is within your towns. | 19 Take care that you do not neglect the Levite as long as you live in your land. | 19 നീ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നേടത്തോളം ലേവ്യനെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാതിരിപ്പാൻ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊൾക. | 19 और सावधान रह कि जब तक तू भूमि पर जीवित रहे तब तक लेवियोंको न छोड़ना।। |

| 22 Just as the gazelle or the deer is eaten, so you may eat of it. The unclean and the clean alike may eat of it. | 22 കലമാനിനെയും പുള്ളിമാനിനെയും തിന്നുന്നതുപോലെ നിനക്കു അവയെ തിന്നാം; ശുദ്ധന്നും അശുദ്ധന്നും ഒരുപോലെ തിന്നാം. | 22 जैसे चिकारे और हरिण का मांस खाया जाता है वैसे ही उनको भी खा सकेगा, शुद्व और अशुद्व दोनो प्रकार के मनुष्य उनका मांस खा सकेंगे। |
| 23 Only be sure that you do not eat the blood, for the blood is the life, and you shall not eat the life with the flesh. | 23 രക്തം മാത്രം തിന്നാതിരിപ്പാൻ നിഷ്ഠയായിരിക്ക; രക്തം ജീവൻ ആകുന്നുവല്ലോ; മാംസത്തോടുകൂടെ ജീവനെ തിന്നരുതു. | 23 परन्तु उनका लोहू किसी भांति न खाना; क्योंकि लोहू जो है वह प्राण ही है, और तू मांस के साय प्राण कभी भी न खाना। |

| 25 You shall not eat it, that all may go well with you and with your children after you, when you do what is right in the sight of the LORD. | 25 യഹോവെക്കു ഹിതമായുള്ളതു ചെയ്തിട്ടു നിനക്കും മക്കൾക്കും നന്നായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ അതിനെ തിന്നരുതു. | 25 तू उसे न खाना; इसलिथे कि वह काम करने से जो यहोवा की दृष्टि में ठीक हैं तेरा और तेरे बाद तेरे वंश का भी भला हो। |

| 27 and offer your burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, on the altar of the LORD your God. The blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out on the altar of the LORD your God, but the flesh you may eat. | 27 അവിടെ നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ നിന്റെ ഹോമയാഗങ്ങൾ മാംസത്തോടും രക്തത്തോടും കൂടെ അർപ്പിക്കേണം; നിന്റെ ഹനനയാഗങ്ങളുടെ രക്തം നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ഒഴിക്കേണം; അതിന്റെ മാംസം നിനക്കു തിന്നാം. | 27 और वहां अपके होमबलियोंके मांस और लोहू दोनोंको अपके परमेश्वर यहोवा की वेदी पर चढ़ाना, और मेलबलियोंका लोहू उसकी वेदी पर उंडेलकर उनका मांस खाना। |
| 28 Be careful to obey all these words that I command you, that it may go well with you and with your children after you forever, when you do what is good and right in the sight of the LORD your God. | 28 നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ ഹിതവും ഉത്തമവുമായുള്ളതു ചെയ്തിട്ടു നിനക്കും മക്കൾക്കും നന്നായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു കല്പിക്കുന്ന ഈ സകലവചനങ്ങളും കേട്ടു പ്രമാണിക്ക. | 28 इन बातोंको जिनकी आज्ञा मैं तुझे सुनाता हूं चित्त लगाकर सुन, कि जब तू वह काम करे जो तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा की दृष्टि में भला और ठीक है, तब तेरा और तेरे बाद तेरे वंश का भी सदा भला होता रहे। |
| 29 "When the LORD your God cuts off before you the nations whom you go in to dispossess, and you dispossess them and dwell in their land, | 29 നീ കൈവശമാക്കുവാൻ ചെല്ലുന്ന ദേശത്തുള്ള ജാതികളെ നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽനിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയുമ്പോഴും നീ അവരെ നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു അവരുടെ ദേശത്തു പാർക്കുമ്പോഴും | 29 जब तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा उन जातियोंको जिनका अधिक्कारनेी होने को तू जा रहा है तेरे आगे से नष्ट करे, और तू उनका अधिक्कारनेी होकर उनके देश में बस जाए, |
| 30 take care that you be not ensnared to follow them, after they have been destroyed before you, and that you do not inquire about their gods, saying, 'How did these nations serve their gods?--that I also may do the same.' | 30 അവർ നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽനിന്നു നശിച്ചശേഷം നീ അവരുടെ നടപടി അനുസരിച്ചു കണിയിൽ അകപ്പെടുകയും ഈ ജാതികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ദേവന്മാരെ സേവിച്ചവിധം ഞാനും ചെയ്യുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവരുടെ ദേവന്മാരെക്കുറിച്ചു അന്വേഷിക്കയും ചെയ്യാതിരിപ്പാൻ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊള്ളേണം. | 30 तब सावधान रहना, कहीं ऐसा न हो कि उनके सत्यनाश होने के बाद तू भी उनकी नाई फंस जाए, अर्यात् यह कहकर उनके देवताओं के सम्बन्ध में यह पूछपाछ न करना, कि उन जातियोंके लोग अपके देवताओं की उपासना किस रीति करते थे? मैं भी वैसी ही करूंगा। |
| 31 You shall not worship the LORD your God in that way, for every abominable thing that the LORD hates they have done for their gods, for they even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods. | 31 നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ അങ്ങനെ സേവിക്കേണ്ടതല്ല; യഹോവ വെറുക്കുന്ന സകലമ്ലേച്ഛതയും അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ദേവപൂജയിൽ ചെയ്തു തങ്ങളുടെ പുത്രിപുത്രന്മാരെപ്പോലും അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ ദേവന്മാർക്കു അഗ്നിപ്രവേശം ചെയ്യിച്ചുവല്ലോ. | 31 तू अपके परमेश्वर यहोवा से ऐसा व्यवहार न करना; क्योंकि जितने प्रकार के कामोंसे यहोवा घृणा करता है और बैर-भाव रखता है, उन सभोंको उन्होंने अपके देवताओं के लिथे किया है, यहां तक कि अपके बेटे बेटियोंको भी वे अपके देवताओं के लिथे अग्नि में डालकर जला देते हैं।। |
| 32 "Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it. | 32 जितनी बातोंकी मैं तुम को आज्ञा देता हूं उनको चौकस होकर माना करना; और न तो कुछ उन में बढ़ाना और न उन में से कुछ घटाना।। |
