| 22 to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, | 22 മുമ്പിലത്തെ നടപ്പു സംബന്ധിച്ചു ചതിമോഹങ്ങളാൽ വഷളായിപ്പോകുന്ന പഴയ മനുഷ്യനെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു | 22 कि तुम अगले चालचलन के पुराने मनुष्यत्व को जो भरमानेवाली अभिलाषाओं के अनुसार भ्रष्ट होता जाता है, उतार डालो। |
| 23 and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, | 23 നിങ്ങളുടെ ഉള്ളിലെ ആത്മാവു സംബന്ധമായി പുതുക്കം പ്രാപിച്ചു | 23 और अपके मन के आत्क़िक स्वभाव में नथे बनते जाओ। |

| 25 Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another. | 25 ആകയാൽ ഭോഷ്കു ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ കൂട്ടുകാരനോടു സത്യം സംസാരിപ്പിൻ; നാം തമ്മിൽ അവയവങ്ങളല്ലോ. | 25 इस कारण फूठ बोलना छोड़कर हर एक अपके पड़ोसी से सच बोले, क्योंकि हम आपस में एक दूसरे के अंग हैं। |
| 26 Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, | 26 കോപിച്ചാൽ പാപം ചെയ്യാതിരിപ്പിൻ. സൂര്യൻ അസ്തമിക്കുവോളം നിങ്ങൾ കോപം വെച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കരുതു. | 26 क्रोध तो करो, पर पाप मत करो: सूर्य अस्त होने तक तुम्हारा क्रोध न रहे। |
| 27 and give no opportunity to the devil. | 27 പിശാചിന്നു ഇടം കൊടുക്കരുതു. | 27 और न शैतान को अवसर दो। |
| 28 Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need. | 28 കള്ളൻ ഇനി കക്കാതെ മുട്ടുള്ളവന്നു ദാനം ചെയ്‍വാൻ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടതിന്നു കൈകൊണ്ടു നല്ലതു പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു അദ്ധ്വാനിക്കയത്രേ വേണ്ടതു. | 28 चोरी करनेवाला फिर चोरी न करे; बरन भले काम करने में अपके हाथोंसे परिश्र्म करे; इसलिथे कि जिसे प्रयोजन हो, उसे देने को उसके पास कुछ हो। |
| 29 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. | 29 കേൾക്കുന്നവർക്കു കൃപ ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ആവശ്യംപോലെ ആത്മികവർദ്ധനെക്കായി നല്ല വാക്കല്ലാതെ ആകാത്തതു ഒന്നും നിങ്ങളുടെ വായിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടരുതു. | 29 कोई गन्दी बात तुम्हारे मुंह से न निकले, पर आवश्यकता के अनुसार वही जो उन्नति के लिथे उत्तम हो, ताकि उस से सुननेवालोंपर अनुग्रह हो। |
| 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. | 30 ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനെ ദുഃഖിപ്പിക്കരുതു; അവനാലല്ലോ നിങ്ങൾക്കു വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുനാളിന്നായി മുദ്രയിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതു. | 30 और परमेश्वर के पवित्र आत्क़ा को शोकित मत करो, जिस से तुम पर छुटकारे के दिन के लिथे छाप दी गई है। |
| 31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. | 31 എല്ലാ കൈപ്പും കോപവും ക്രോധവും കൂറ്റാരവും ദൂഷണവും സകലദുർഗ്ഗുണവുമായി നിങ്ങളെ വിട്ടു ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോകട്ടെ. | 31 सब प्रकार की कड़वाहट और प्रकोप और क्रोध, और कलह, और निन्दा सब बैरभाव समेत तुम से दूर की जाए। |
